I LOVE Turnabout, all locations, and have shopped at their stores for many years. I love finding fashion treasures at reasonable prices and much of my wardrobe is from their stores. My only issue is that I notice every item of clothing I purchase there has a distinct smell. When I questioned one of the long-time staff about this, they mentioned that it might be Febreze. It does take many washes to get rid of the smell. Perhaps a more natural solution could be found to help the clothing smell fresh?

Absolutely amazing experience! Each and every employee was super nice and helping. Very clean store, such good quality clothes. A bit expensive but therefore you get a great service and nice brand deals. Would definitely go again!

First of all, I hate shopping for clothes, but I like excellent quality items without breaking the bank. Turnabout gets it right where I want it. Their mid-tier stuff is of excellent quality and condition, at very reasonable price. Their staff are wonderful, accommodative, and patient. This store is very nicely curated as well, makes it essentially a one-stop-shop for me.It would be nice if they had a small outdoor clothing section as well.

A treasure hunt place that you will find some goodies of brand name products. Prices are reasonable and affordable for most items. For woman clothes will suit better for those in sizes of S, M, L. Not for women of XL! Handbags are good bargains for those medium priced brand name like Marc by Marc Jacobs, Coach, etc. Good selection of menswear, too.

Great selection of second hand clothing and consignment options. Prices are a little too high on some older high end shoes.

Since I found Turnabout I do not bother shopping elsewhere, unless hunting for something very specific. For my work I need high quality business clothes and I saved so much money here buying either brand new clothes with all tags for a fraction of the original price, or clothes in perfect condition. Each location is a bit different, so based on what your style is, you might visit more locations and pick one. This is my favourite location.

Workers will turn their nose at you, prices are high for second hand store (mostly designer brands). $50 for a coat. Clothes and store layoit looked great - people working there need better customer service for sure.

The best consignment store in Vancouver. Hope they will continue to carry affordable brands and not focus primarily on the luxury end of consigning as that branch of their operation has grown recently.

Excellent customer service and well-maintained boutique! Prices are very reasonable and the selection of brand names was perfect. Over the long weekend the store was very busy due to a 20% off sale (amazing!) yet the staff were very pleasant and helpful - definitely recommend!

Main Street has more mens selection but did find a few things.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Even if theyre past closing time, they never make you feel like a bother or rush you to finish up. The store is spacious, well organized by size and categories. The tags clearly show you sizes, pricing schedules and even brand/material. Their sales are amazing too. Instead of $275 retail price, I got a brand new pair of pants for $21 so over a 90% discount. I just picked up lululemon yoga pants for $7-10 each and a bunch more stuff.

Turnabout is been my favourite store for years. Its definitely a place where you can find the most exquisite piece of clothing. Also, I like the manager, she has great people skills and a lovely sense of humor.

I LOVE this place. Over the years I have picked up so many bargains here. Several pairs of Frye boots cheaper than Ive seen anywhere else and on my most recent visit a beautiful brand new pair of green suede YSL heels for $50! Staff are always pleasant and the store is easy to navigate. Really good rewards system makes it easy to earn money off quickly.

I will give it NO stars.The clothes are scruffy even for a 2nd hand store, shoes over priced, I was told that they didnt carry jeans or pants for people my hieght. I can buy new clothes for the price they were asking and it wont have armpit stains on them. Not even that fashionable.

My military-style Alexander McQueen jacket literally sold within minutes. Not mad at Turnabout. Returns could be better but what can you do. They will have good finds.

I see lots of review about shopping at this place but almost none about selling your clothes there, so I wanted to share my experience. About a month ago I brought 2 small bags of used clothes hoping to sell at least a few items. I had a bit of everything (women clothes), jackets, skirts, trousers, jeans, winter and summer tops. Ranging from gently used to almost never worn. About half of my stuff were from famous british brand, bought in London UK. The other half bought from stores in Vancouver such as Plum Pieces, Topshop etc. When I arrived I emptied one bag on the counter and put the other bag full as well on the counter. The lady says she will need about 10min to look through it all so I can take a look in the store in the mean time. When I come back 5 min later and sit on the couch, she says she is done already and she is not taking anything...She says stuff from London dont sell here..(really ? And I thought London was the world capital of fashion). She says they are not looking for the kind of stuff I have. Well finally she says that what they want basically is mainly tops from Aritzia or Lululemon that were never worn...Well well, if I had stuff like that in my wardrobe I would probably want to keep them for myself. Anyway, actually I realized that she had only looked at the clothes from the bag I emptied on the counter. The other bag looked like it was untouched and I dont think she bothered to actually look through it. So in short, good place for shopping, but if you want to sell stuff there : dont bother wasting time and energy.

Excellent selection, however the staff is a bit aggressive about herding you to the changing room and restocking items you are on the fence about. Sometimes I just want to think about it, ya know.

You can find really good designer clothes for half the price.

The Main Street is much better for mens clothes but they have a good little corner here.

Lots of great stuff and a fairly good mens selection. Ive actually managed to get some surprisingly high-end finds in here (Kiton, Isaia, Zegna XXX, Bruno Cuccinelli) at great prices. Always worth stopping in for a browse.
