I have purchased refridgerator 6 days agoAnd I received the delivery after 3 daysTill today they havent installed itThey always saying silly reasonsThey are testing the patience of the customersThese is the worst and worst experience

Comparing with online, rates are higher for same product. Try to negotiate they will accept. Purchased more tham 5 products here and m satisfied

Went there a few times and my experience is mixed. But most of the times I find the workers just chatting among themselves and not caring about the customers. Only once in a while some enthusiastic worker offers help and explain about he different products.I’ve noticed recently that they are not even maintaining a sanitiser station and they are not adhering to any physical distancing protocols.

Worest experience, very rude behaviour.They couldnt provide new jio sim what more can we expect from them.I literally begged for the new sim registration they make me to roam more than 6 times whenever I go they simply will say guy went for lunch. After 6th time I went at 4pm evn than also they said Guy went for lunch will take some time to cme I got frustrated and said 4 pm is nt a luch time and this is the 3rd time I m cmg since yesterday he replied in very rude manner thats ua problem u need to check availability before u cme I need a sim very urgently so waited more than 40 mins after sme time ather customers came they also got frustrated and said the same this is the 4th time they are cmg. Floor manager also didnt answered recklessly. At vanasthalipuram suddenly Airtel signals not working so soo many r migrating to Jio. They got more than enough customers. This is the not good way to behave customers. Due to some idiots like this good wheel of the company damages.

Purchased Dell laptop..but we experienced hell:( they kept us in waiting for almost 2.5hrs to give the product..when they dont have stock of the product they should have told the same, instead they kept us in waiting till 8.40p.m....they didnt give the laptop bag saying they dont have stock..worst service is the small word

AC is sitting in balcony waiting installation.. no proper response from store.. disappointed and feeling cheated.Store never explained about extended warranty charges in bill.. and invoice from godown is 3k less than actual bill from store.. dont do the mistake of purchasing without asking for detailed split up.When called store about installation delay, pretty vague answers and false promises are made.Raised multiple complaints to customer care.. no response.

I have called multiple times to raise a complaint about product. Took me 5 working days for technician to visit. After visiting technician says about his charges, where I was eligible for free service, after some arguments he enquired about my warranty eligibility. I really dont understand while purchasing we are forced to buy extra warranty with free service later we have to under go such things as if you guys are doing a free service. Its better to buy a product in same company in showroom if not atleast try to take same company insurance for service not to take reliance insurance. I deeply regret this.

Sharing my Worst ever experience here.Im a regular customer for reliance digital since so long, Purchased electronics worth 1lakh+ in last 2 months from different stores of reliance digital.I went to this showroom to purchase a washing machine. Staff convinced to buy an AC too for which they can provide a better price .With very basic knowledge on electronics I asked for a samsung one ton invertor ac. They said samsung stopped 1tonn INVERTOR model and suggest me to take LLoyd 1 ton. literally they confused me as LLyod is best than samusng I made the payment.After 20days of purchase the technician who came for installation told me as its a NON INVERTOR model power consumption is almost double.I understood that they easily disposed and outdated model to me.Now I have no option to keep quite as I became a lame goat for their promotion and marketing skills.In between They took 20days to deliver me the stablier for ac. When I asked for the reason for delay, staff was so rude on call.Please avoid going to this store purchase online you can save time and money.

I bought a TV worth 45k on june1st and still after 7 days I could not get it. Initially they said stock wasnt there and it should come from Chennai within 5days and when I called him on 6th day, he said transport comes from Chennai via Mumbai to Hyderabad. The showroom boy who made me buy that TV is not responding to the phone calls. It is a time waste to buy a product here. I dont understand the way they respond to the customers. Its totally waste of time to buy any goods here.
