Went there to purchase an ink tank printer. They only have the HP 419 model and I got it a very competitive rate. That’s the only thing good about the store.Otherwise it just looks like a market with so much noise and the workers sprayed all over the place. They just chat among themselves and don’t care much about the customers. They don’t even explain the products properly.

Prices are high compared to other stores and also need to maintain good relationship with their customers. Its look like they only suggest us to going for next option. Relinace digital and other stores might have good.

First of all thank you to wallet parking staff ( I think his name is Linga Rao ) . I scared about parking but wallet parking staff take good responsibility to do even heavy rain. I went for this store to buy a laptop . I visited so many stores nearby for that thing , no one responded properly because of heavy rains but here staff responded very quickly and explained everything what i need. Here Manager explained me billing , discounts and offers, Thank you to choose better option.

One of the saddest stores for electronics. I just went to the store to buy dishwasher, I was directed to first floor, after walking up to first floor, the salesman tells me they are out of stock. I cribbed saying the ground floor folks should have informed and walked away. Only to see when I turn back that the sales person was mocking my gestures and walking style. He quickly turned away when he noticed my husband staring at that sales person.

I am a regular customer of Bajaj Electronics having a membership since 2010. I have purchased many electronic items in various stores. I would like to say something about this particular store. I bought a 55 inch Sony Master series TV worth 3,00,000 for a best price with discount upto 40% from this store. The delivery address online by default was my previous address, which I reliased the next day when I saw the bill clearly. I immediately called the executive who dealt with me at the time of purchase and updated him the correct present address. Yet the delivery was done on promised date and time. I am very happy for that. I was also told by the executive that the installation will be done on the same day of delivery. It is the day 3 today from the day of delivery yet the TV has not been installed till date and time. I understand that there is a pandemic going on and it will take 48 hours after delivery for installation as per rules. The thing is why should the executive give a false commitment? Otherwise I would not keep waiting for them if they didnt do the fake promise. When I call the executive and also the contact which is provided on the bill (probably the manager of the store), they didnt even respond. I am very much disappointed with this particular store. It is like the item is lying in its godown because we cant use it even after purchasing. Do not believe in the words of the executive in this store regarding the delivery or regarding the installation (as in my case). I dont even know how the item was, I mean in a good condition or not because we are not supposed to open the package. Hope atleast the item is in good condition.

Worst store have ever seen,I have purchased LG Washing machine and there was an issue with machine after 5 months, then I have visited store 4 times and complained about my problem, on my 4th visit they have logged complaint until that time they just took details with me and left without any action. They dont even respect customers when they come for complaint but when you go to purchase any new product, you ll have 10 people around you to help, but for a complaint NO ONE will come forward and help. Its been 3 weeks issue not yet resolved.When I went to check the status on issue for the 3rd time, one person from store says that he is not feeling well, please dont complaint and argue for issue with me. Then his manager Involved and assured that we will resolve issue next 24 hrs, but waiting for 5 days and visited again.They dont respect Customer and dont care about customer issues. 😕😕
