Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they wont give you proper time and environment to eat You will never ever get cold while working in libsys because acs never work. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour.Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. likewise as I said Talking about cons there is one man army led by Ritesh who is every thing in this company. He treats everyone like a labour. . Beware , you ll get to know about him when you ll join the company.

This place famous for how to cut salary from employees. Generally they said some system issue do not worry its solved.. When u see your salary its affected... This type scam do again and again without any Hassited. When month end nearly 50 to 60 people stand outside HR cabin to complain about salary.

Came here for a friends interview, it is definitely a good place to work at, and has supportive staff and an overall clean n well maintained campus. The authorities talk professionally and politely when taking our interviews, so a recommended place for sure

Worst service ever (BPO) to new employees. There was no requirement for the zomato process and still they recruited us by saying that we will get our night shift job and we give more 20 days on training and after that the certification all of the 26 employees were fail,dont know how still aftet recertification again we all were fail and when we asked them to pay for the days we had given to the cogent they refused. So this should nor happen the new beginners Hope you all understand the value of money and time..Specially dont trust ever on HR....

The worst service providers. They are associated with FedEx for the KYC process, but what they end up doing is what can be considered as mental harassment. They would call up more than 3 times a day to get the KYC documents for a shipment whose details I havent even received from FedEx.

Dear sirs,i am prerna chavhan, I am regular employees of cogent company vadodra. I didnt not go to office from 1 month. Due to Covind 19 as well as Lockdwon. Its not a possible to work on office because of government of announced that stay home stay safe. But in our cogent compaies officers not follow instructions of government. And my salary didnt pay of 2 month.when I asked this question to manager, manager said that give me region letter if you cannot come to offices, always they are threaten to me. Above this condition its determined that unconstitutional .i humble request to you please give my salary I have done work of office as a honestly.
