Have ordered on 15th. Till now received two notification from Marvans, and two phone calls about every update of my order. My order 35209 is packed on 18th may. Lets see how fast they are going to deliver. Request to Marvans please arrange to dispatch the product as courier agencies are kept under essential services. During phone calls they have expressed their concern and explained the difficulties due to state wide lockdown, specially in Big cities of Gujarat. When I have expressed my concern about the delivery they assured me that product will be delivered within 2 to 3 days. Finger crossed to get my product with the earliest. I got previously activated phone, i paid 64k for that iphone 12, 64gb, i put a review on google about it, the owner wahid called me and gave me assurance that he’ll extend the warranty, please put the reviews down, i agreed on that, and after I removed reviews, he stopped responding to my calls and messages, warranty have not been extended, imagine what kind of people they are, NO ETHICS. They’re doing fraud openly, i have proof of everything. May god help them.

The iPhone I got from them was authentic but they sell second hand used products mostly and for them they give those advertised discounts . There was not really much discount for new unboxed products. The box accessories were tampered with and they were FAKE. The Ctype adaptor I bought was also fake and of cheap quality. Please beware of them before you make a visit.

Hi All, This is Alok Kumar from Airforce. I beg you all to never buy any product from Marvans, I made my lifes biggest mistake ignoring the negative reviews for Marvans. I ordered iphone , till 7 days there was no update and after many follow ups , they shipped my product on 8th day. But just after a day, it showed on Courier tracking that Item being returned to shipper as per shippers instruction. When I queried to Marvans, they responded with weird replies saying, as per govt instructions they called the product back and then on next response they mentioned I denied to collect my product and then they said it is Shiproctek courier companys fault. Finally they made a statement that shiprocket will refund my money and Marvans are not responsible. But I paid to Marvans so why Courier company is going to refund my money. Marvans is a biggest scam, please do not buy anything online. FYI.. my order id - 89730 and courier tacking number is - AWB:19041173605072 .Update:- anyway I have received the product today but out of apple warranty. I was told that it is non-activated. I ordered white color US Model and received Blue color China model. Check the pic below. Still you want to buy from Marvans????Update 2:- Nobody has responded till now. I received the product on 9th Aug 21 and the same day informed to seller about wrong product received but after many follow-ups Nobody has responded till date on 11th Aug 21. Terrible experience. It’s been 44 days since I placed my order. Order ID - 14868. I ordered from Kolkata and made the full payment, the mail from the owner said that it would take a week maximum to be delivered due to certain issues, if not 7 days maximum 14. No assistance via mails, no number to call. The app still says the order is packed, after 44 days the order is still just packed. The tracking number given says that nothing has been shipped in the first place. Have heard a lot of good reviews and positive things about the store so I ordered but I did not know their delivery would be so troublesome and inaccurate. Absolutely disappointed.

No response to phone calls or emails. They are selling imported global version iPhone with 3 months store warranty. You dont get 1 year warranty which iStores offer. Avoid buying such a precious thing from such places.

Order 65246, worst experience ever… they requested and I changed my order to box packed 44 mm GPS only Series 6 watch, but they ultimately sent a black 44 mm GPS+Cell… they didn’t look into colour request…there is a scratch in the screen and the sensor area is covered with glue….I hate the black aluminium color always, but they sent it… I want full refund of my money, giving 2 days time to sort everything out, next there will be a case in consumer court…. How can you be so careless?
