I am working with Spaculus Software from last 8 years. The most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspect. Best workplace.

I worked here for 2 years, when i leaving a company with proper notice period that time they didnt give me last 2 months salary as well as they taken back my 6 months increment back the reason is they did bound and when i joined they said bound is for who leaving company without informing them but they didnt do like that and they did same thing with others as well that i have seen and heard. From my from side this is too worst place to work there. Specially management(Hiren Mansuriya) is too bad.

I have worked with this company for 5 years and company was nice to me until I resigned but when I left company after fulfill my all duties in May 2019, Company didnt pay my last month salary and my gratuity till now. I have been contacting to HR and Managment ( Hiren Mansuriya and Ravi Mansuriya) on a regular basis but none of them are responding to my any emails till now which is almost 2 years now. So if anyone ready to lose last salay and gratuity then only prefer to work at this place. You have to work free for them last month.

Worst IT company I had ever work with.For Employees: HR management of the company is very bad, she treats employees like slaves, she is very arrogant and unprofessional and thats why companys 40-50 % staff replaces every year. I had to work for 1 year here because I signed the bond; otherwise I could have left the job in 1st month. I left the job 1 year ago and didnt get last months salary yet. Consult with previous employees of the company before joining.For Clients: They use their past projects code-base for new projects, I know that because I was a senior developer in the company. I will suggest you to look out for another company.Not recommended at all.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Spaculus to completely redesign my website. This was a project that I personally had very little knowledge in as how to make it happen. I worked with their team from step one all the way through the launch of the website. The developers not only listened and incorporated our ideas but made many fantastic suggestions and improvements. You would think that would be the end but their continued support after the launch has been beyond our expectations. Thanks to the entire staff of Spaculus as they have been absolutely fantastic.

I have been with Hiren, Andy, and the team for 2 years now. I am just reading through some of the reviews here and I feel that they are not a true reflection of Spaculus & what it is they do. Of course from time to time everyone has either a bad or negative experience when outsourcing development / IT services. But for me, Spaculus is not one of them. It is after all, about communicating what it is you want and them delivering. And to be fair they have always delivered what is been asked and expected of them so I would never have any doubt in recommending them as an outsource partner. At this point now, not only I have invested time & money in them, but also my trust. We are about to do do a massive launch now for the upcoming FIFA World Cup, and without them as my IT partner this ship doesnt sail.

I am really happy with the team of Spaculus; they mean it when they said Appearance is everything! They are THE BEST.

Scammers! Didnt deliver the project and didnt even have the decency to say they couldnt finish the project. They decided to ignore my e-mails and didnt get back to me. Thankfully I only paid 50% deposit and not the full payment as the initially requested. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work with this bunch no professionalism at all and worst of all they are dishonest! I wish you could rate with No star as they do not even deserve a 1 star.
