Packaging facility is available at the shop but it is done using leftovers of previous packaging material. e.g. broken thermocol, cardboads, paper etc. No proper packing boxes as specified on dtdc website are used, as well as no fragile or handle with care stickers are used.I used DTDC to send a photo frame with glass from Gujarat to Maharashtra. Even though pretty good packaging was done by the personnel, the frame as well as glass was received in broken condition at the time of delivery. The way parcel is handled by delivery boys during shipping is very carefree.I received a call from consignee that the delivery boys where throwing the parcel down on floor at the time of delivery.
