Customer service is very poor and behavior of bank staffs including branch manager is very rude, they cant ready to listen customers issue related bank account, when ever i visits to branch my experience is same, every time i face negative response and negative attitude of bank stafs. Even they didnt given perfect answer and dont know how to talk with customers. I think bank branch have to change office staffs or need to changing behavior 🤔 i am fully unsatisfied .
Customer service is excellent. However customer rush is also there. Being Indias biggest bank and only bank from india in fortune 500 companies , it is trustworthy and dependable brand to bank with. Much much better than those private banks who literally swindle customers with hidden charges.
Staff of this branch is really rude with every customer, and have to say that staff has no manner to talk with customers and specially Prapti Jain, Improve your attitude.Improve your work and Staff should be helpful to the customer.
