Buses are awesome. But the staff does not know how to speak with travellers. Cmon man, we are paying highest rate to be treated with respect and dignity also. Take Gujarat Travels. Their staff is professional and knows how to speak with customer. When I asked HK staff why I cant charge my laptop through the power socket, he looked at me like I asked her daughter to marry me.

Its was second time i was travelling with shree hari h k travels from Vadodara to Mumbai. Both the time it came late by an hour. Behaviour of driver is also questionable . If you ask him how much time you will take to reach he will say ask in office.

Worst travel bus ......people are not professional and it was not safe in travelling as many times he has applied short break...

The crew in bus which I traveled was rude. Also the bus was running late by 5 hours from Ahmedabad to Pune .
