Had a visit to this restaurant on 2nd August 2021. Being a weekday, the restaurant was not that crowded. The ambience is beautiful and the seating is comfortable. Fiorella/Bay leaf both are a part of Express Hotel and are one single restaurant. We ordered the following :1. Minestrone Soup2. Wontons3. Cannelloni4. Pizza MargheritaEverything tasted good except the Cannelloni. Did not like the taste much, so had to order a Pizza. The thin crust pizza is enough for two and the pizza sauce was delicious. Perfectly baked with perfect amount of sauce and cheese.

Definitely lives upto its standards. I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and it was simply perfect. Perfect in taste. Perfect in the aesthetic. Perfect in the quantity. Would definitely recommend this place. Do ask the staff attending about the menu items as the names could be a bit confusing :)

Great place to have thin crust pizzas. Must try - cannelloni. Avoid gnocchi.. you can order from bay leaf restaurant menu as well.Restaurant seemed to be operating on more than 50% occupancy.

Very nice restaurant. Food was delicious. I went along with my wife on her Bday and it was truly a memorable experience for us. Service was prompt and nice. Would love to visit again.

One of the worst managing staff. Visit if you ample amount of time for hours of waiting and always have second option ready in case the rules are being changed irrespective of what is been on site.

They told us to bring cash anyhow.This type of behaviour is not acceptable in such restaurants.Otherwise food was upto the mark.

Had Gnocchi Al pesto (4/5) ,blue berry cheesecake (5/5) , rissotto (3/5) , zucchini rolls (5/5) and sangria (4/5). In love with blueberry cheesecake.

This place has excellent ambience with excellent service. The food quality and taste is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for people loving Italian. I really really loved the risotto here. It had the perfect blend of cheese sauce and rice. Definitely worth a try!

Authentic and delectable Italian food. Theres indoor as well as outdoor sitting area. The outdoor sitting faces a lawn. Prices are in the right balance with the food quality. The portion size has decreased quite a bit recently. Service was extremely prompt and the servers were polite. Also received a complementary dessert as a part of their ongoing offer. Most recommended for people who love Italian cuisine.

This is an exclusive Italian Restaurant. We ordered 2 Pizzas and both were excellently cooked. The quality of dough, toppings and other ingredients were superior and perfect. We really liked pizzas and would definitely like to visit again to try some other dishes. This place is bit expensive but quality of food they serve compensates it. Service was good.

Good for Italian cuisines but the taste feels average comparing to its cost which is very high. If you want to experience food with a good ambience and view then surely go for it.The pizza, spaghetti, and pasta tasted normal and authentic but the quantity was surprisingly very less.

This restaurant is easily one of the most authentic Italian joints Ive ever seen! The quality of food as well as service is exemplary.I got the chance to meet the chef, who was settled in Italy for nearly 20 years (which is apparent in the flavours). Hes incredibly down-to-earth man for his talents.Fiorella is definitely a must-try!

Its a very cozy place to eat. The staff is very gentle. They have a 50% off on Wednesdays for all ladies table.(applicable for single person- lady) also. Nice place for couples too! Its an authentic Italian restaurant. The food is nice and one dish is perfect for 2 people. Be sure before you order unless you might end up with spinach in your lasagna! :P .. not a bad idea though to try. Also, do try the Tiramisu.

Visited today again after 2 months and still has its great ambience , cozy atmosphere and All you can eat type of system.. You would fill yourself only within the starters ... As even the starters are a delicacy and are too good to be left...Should visit in a group and enjoy it in your free time... Not too expensive , reasonable prices....One major thing Scott this restaurant is how friendly the staff here is.. especially Mr. Mohit Joshi , he was serving us and attending us , he also suggested some dishes, which turned out to be pretty good...Will surely visit again 😄

Excellent ambience and food.Reducing one star for these two reasons -a) Service could be improved. Had to call managers multiple times just to get their attention. Other tables also had similar experience of calling out Excuse me multiple times.b) Also, the mouth freshner smelt stale (smelt of cockroach), which I pointed out to their manager.

Very bad staff and their attitude worsens when given feedback on a bad dish. We were treated very badly by the server Tikendra when we asked to replace a dish tasting disgusting with pizza and were faced lots of questions by staff.It doesn’t deserve even one star.
