One of my family member was admitted in pranayam lungs and heart institute for refference Dr. Rakesh Koya(M.D Physician) under consulting Dr.Arpan Desai its not proper communication to patient and relatives also. Once get cashless appproval that time creat some issues I meet Dr. Umang shah but hes not communicate properly and not traeted properly. hospital only interested in money. Not follow NABH policy and norms also. Not proper communication to do as well as doctors also.

My mother required constant oxygen supply since 6 months due to post covid fibrosis, but Dr. Arpan Shah told us that we will get us rid of oxygen in 3 days and he did it!!!!! Everyone were in shock but in the end he made us all happy at the cost of 36000 for 4 days. But, its alright, now after 4 months my mom is completely alright and I can see her happy now, thats all!! PLHI is equipped with all facilities and utmost cares given to patients by the Doctors, Nurshes & Support Staff. Myself, my wlife & my son got infectected by Covid 19 of latest variant. My wife & me were hospitalized and my son was being treated at home. Due to personalisrd care & timely decisions specially by Dr. Umang Shah, we are free from Covid today. We have been saved.

In December 2020 ; I admitted my father in law for covid 19 ...My experience is as below :1) During whole ten days I could not contact Dr. Arpan Shah as if meeting him became meeting to God...All the time he was in OPD ...It was totally understood that new patients required u and vice versa...there was no time slot for admitted patients relatives.intermediate doctors updated for the patient medical condition ...2) No time it was clearly mentioned what therapy initiated ...I had to repeatedly ask assistant doctors about which regiman started ...They always talk in terms of patient is stable ....In my case they never instructed me clearly till he was detoriarating.Never discussed blood reports or anything ...we had to collect the reports and ourselves to understand what is going on ...3) After 10 days when infection was out of control and due to economical consideration shifted patient to Gov.facility ...during the time of discharge ..they did not handed over anything except.discharge summary.....Although patient was not covered with Mediclaim ... doesnt he deserve to get his treatment papers ? ..the admin staff was rude and did not understand my difficulties....After his death at Gov. Facility ..I had to again visit this hospital to convience them to give me treatment papers ...as it was necessary to show treatment chronology...but absolutely no support ...4) It created lot of doubt in terms of treatment and transperancy of hospital. ..

Pranayam Lung & Heart HospitalMy Aunty was being admitted at Pranayam for Covid19 treatment. At the time I reached hospital my auntys condition was much serious. There symptoms was to high, oxygen leave quite low and lungs were 85% infected due to corona virus.There was a well trained staff and doctors team who started treatment as they reached. They didnt asked my family to pay money but first they started treatment. She was refered to ICU and oxygen was given due to condition was serious.The nursing staff and practicing doctor were so good they always come and boost me and encourage me to fight with disease.Best medical treatment and effort of Dr. Umang Shah and team heats off now my aunty is at home and in better recovery condition.I would suggest all my family members and other to refer Pranayam Hospital. One of the best hospital in Vadodara.

My parents & brother were infected with Covid-19 virus & admitted in this hospital from 12th March to 21st March 21. My experiences are as below:1. The medical staff are not following Covid-19 protocol such as Social Distancing, wearing mask etc.2. Supporting staff is non-cooperative. Patients were asked to collect documents, reports themselves from the cash counter/reception.They misbehaved with my parents & brother and used abusive language.3. The insurance department is also non-cooperative. They did not guide us how to proceed for cashless insurance facility. My brother had to pay hospitalization charges through debit card.4. Food was hygienic & taste was OK.I am expecting lots of improvement in Pranayam Lung & heart Institute hospital.

Got infected with Covid 19 and hospitalised. Discharged today. Horrible experience, inhumane behavior from doctor.Detailed feedback:- statements made in my file ( I am feeling nausea, weak, vomiting) werr without my consent and knowledge.- they dont put in the mask, dont follow social distancing norms- they dont want to show your file and records- no transparency in medicine and they just filled up the log without checking my parameters (spo2, pulse rate)- I was threatened by Doctors along with their staff, when asked difficult questions. Doctor even pushed me and used abusive language.

Though being a lung and heart specialist hospital, they were not able to save my father who was undergoing COVID treatment and had lung and heart failure. Not sure how the doctors were giving treatment but seems unable to do anything to help in recovering. Also was not sure whether the main doctor was looking in the treatment as have only interacted with the other doctors regarding the patients condition.

All good like dr. consultation, Nursing service but had bitter experience at the time of billing. TP team was non cooperative at all. I was not only one, who suffered with her (lady at counter) but a senior citizen lady was also suffered with her attitude. I asked her to provide insurance form but she straight away denied for the same.

Cost of treatment is relevant. I have seen many review that its costly, i cant understand for this type of patient what is important loved ones or money? For me my loved one is come first. And for extraordinary treatment if I have to pay little bit more then government hospital then its ok for me.

We were passed with bad experience of my mami before 1.5 years .She was on ventilator on this hospital and at tha last they told that case is very serious and take back to home we are helpless.we were spend almost 3 to 4 lacks.after that we take car of her at home with aayurvedik medicine .Now she is very fine and healthy too.so dont admit there .they fool middle class people by using MAA CARD AND OTHER GIVERMENT CARD TILL YOUR CARD LIMIT OR BEYOND CARD LIMIT TOO..So please try to change other hospital ...આ.હોસ્પિટલમા જશો નહીં તેઓ લુટે છે. મારી મામીને.દાખલ કરયા હતા. ૩-ચાર લાખ ની દવા ઓપરેશન કરયા પછી તેઓથી નહી થાય અને હવે વધારે નહી જિવે એમ કહી રજા આપી દીધી. ઘરે આયુરવેદીક દવા કરી અને હજુ ૧.૫ વષૅ પછી પણ સારી રીતે કામ કરે છે અને જિંદગી જીવી શકે છે... જય માતાજી

Money maker hospital, please dont go there,They dont care about your recovery.they just want to earn money, very bad doctors and staff is okay.I simply have a question for you. He was discharged from Pranayam Hospital on October, 26th 2018 and you gave him an appointment after 20 days to see you. And he passed away on October, 31st 2018. Can you please explain me as a doctor you couldnt see what is coming in a few days. He have two sons, who stay in the USA, he couldnt see them because of you. We trusted you so much. Im awaiting for your valuable reply.

Worst Hospital Ever. The doctors in the ICU are very careless and rude. They dont allow you to go and have a look at your dear ones. I suggest you to never climb the stairs of this hospital. I recently lost my Grandmother due to lack of treatment received by their trainee doctors, who just have fun in and are not bothered to take care of the patient. Pranayam Hospital is all about money and they fool patients on the name of MAA CARD and still give bill of over 2 lacks and still the patient is lost. May God Bless Them

Very talented medical staff. I admitted my mother year back at midnight for possible heart attack. They started treatment immediately what they supposed to do as per medical. Next day Dr. Told us reason and discharge my mother from ICU in 2 days. She got best treatment and good thing is until discharge they didnt ask for Money. I think fee also less.

Very poor staff...no one responded to patients.every one busy in mobiles.servixes also very bad .. dont go to this hospital..if u want to go.. then take leave from your job..and .wait whole day..in hospital for your turn .

Dr. Arpan Shah a specialist in pulmonologist is very guy. He treated us with hospitality but the facility of X ray in pranayam made my experience horrible.Doctor consulted to take X-Ray which took 45 minutes. The person over that faculty treated us badly. He doesn’t deserve such post in such reputed hospital.

I suggest never go to Pranayam hospital, this is my worst experience, their trainee doctors in ICU is very careless, they never allow us to go inside and they are not taking proper care of our patient, please please , I am doing this because I have lost my beloved mother, she gone in hospital by walk and came out on stretcher in body. Friends please dont admit in PRANAYAM ICU Otherwise you will lost your dearone. I write here my experience, God bless the admitted persons.

Doctors can give u too much medications and comparatively charges are much high..although place is neat and clean

Very good hospital with experienced and expert doctors . Doctors are friendly and take time to explain everything in detail .Rates are also less as compared to other hospitals .Many of our relatives go there and are very happy with the doctors there .In such a commercial age, where profit is the motto of everything , I would trust only Pranayam hospital as they are very genuine !!!

Not Good, My father admit in this hospital, i have sumbit cashless card . three day happen for approval from company, & non medical exp. they charge rs. 13,000.00 & they dont provide break up of non medical exp . normally its 1000 or 2000 . this is is happen first time. in my life. previously we go another hospital full bill pass . this hospital it not provide proper support to us.
