Service was good, one night stay but experience was very good, I have asked two times hot water for heating & got it immediately, nice hotel, nice rooms & budget hotel in this rate, only one concern is that breakfast was not up to the mark, even only two item was there in the breakfast, rest all was good

Clean and hygienic environment. Rooms are of different size in same tarrif so have a look at the rooms first if booking offline. Staff is well behaved and supportive they helped me with my printing needs even when there was no electricity. For breakfast, tried an omelette and tea which were of good quality but not sure about the quality of butter used. The parking can accomodate only 3 cars so confirm with the staff first for the availability. Near to station and gorva GIDC.

Worst stay ever... They charge you a bomb without proper amenities. We recently visited Vadodara for work and were put up in this hotel, the hotel room was not clean at all, the floors were messy, the bathroom wasnt clean, the phone lines had hell of a disturbance and most importantly the TV connection was shut, which they didnt even inform us about during our check-in, instead they kept lying that there was some technical error but later said that they havent recharged their TV bills yet. We co-operated thinking well adjust our room fares accordingly while check out but FURATT INTERNATIONAL gives us a discount of Rs. 100/- only, which felt like a humiliation to us so we asked the receptionist to keep that 100/- as a donation from us.

One of the best hotel to stay in baroda

I stayed there for only a single day. The rooms were nice and the staff was cordial. All in all the experience was nice. Good breakfast was available on roadside just behind the hotel. The hotel is very near to the railway station. It is just at a walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Had got a good deal price online. Hotel is located at walking distance from the railway station, we literally dragged our suitcases n walked to the hotel.Our room was spacious, well maintained. Bathroom was neat n clean. TV /AC worked without any issues.The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. House Keeping was apt.Overall no issues with any thing. Happy and pleasant stay.

Hotel is just Above Average for Stay for per night price point.Cleanliness of Room is Good.I took executive room and it was spacious as well.Bathroom was also clean.AC was also centralised and good.Mini fridge is also given.On first day bathroom Drainage was not working and water was clogged in bathroom.it was solved on next Day.towel and bath soap is given in toiletries nothing else.Hot water takes 15 min to come.Distance of hotel from railway and Bus station is just 1 km.Good land mark BBC Tower.Auto can take Rs.20-30.Big hotels like suya hotel ,Oasis and kansar hotel for food are just besides.If you can get executive room for better price you can go ahead.

We are on our road trip to Gujarat for work and yesterday we were in Vadodara, hence stayed here only for one day but love to visit on our next trip, bcoz it’s centrally located, railway station is near by, biggest mall, PVR, Transcube Mall is near by, surrounded by lots of eateries, bus station is near by.Hotel rooms are well maintained, neat and clean, service is good, staff is cordial, also provides free wi-fi, parking, breakfast.

There was very limited items for breakfast and food was not very good.There was strict timing of breakfast 7.30 to 10 am and repeated reminder for this from 9.30 am which is irritating.No food even snacs are available strictly after 10.30 pm.No tea ketli available in executive room.No laundry bag available and even not taken my cloths for laundry though I hv imform that cloths are keeping on sofa set.when asked in evening,they say sorry.Not changing soap daily if you stay more than one day.How ever Room was nit & clean and very good.

One of the fine hotel in vadodara in very economical price, food (breakfast) was very good in quality and quantity, staff was very polite and well mannered, trivago was showing me deluxe room for 3250 while when I approached to reception I got price only 2000 including breakfast with 24 hours check in facility, I was here with family, I recommend it and appreciate them.

Property is good. Near by railway and bus station.Hotel is at level 1 so you have to go via staircase to reach out at reception than you can use lift facility.Room is quit good, neat and tidy. Here you get deluxe 2x and 3x type of room , the difference is space in rooms so you can choose anyone.Air-conditioning is centralized as you can see in image. In room you get one study table , single seat comfortable chair cum sofa, round table , king size bed ,TV unit and separate wardrobe for cloths . Wash room is clean. So its a good place to stay alone, couple or with family and kids.Add advantage is restaurant in this hotel.

It was mentioned restaurant is open til 11.30pmi menu card. Around 10.50 I went to reception and asked whether restaurant is open- he said yes and when I went inside the service guy in restaurant denied to serve food and said its closed. Den when again I enquired in reception he agrees to service guy and he said den its closed. You guys have allowed a service guy as a decision maker. Food was available I could see but he denied saying its closed. You should not treat your guest like this. We come from differtent state and without knowing language you expect us to search for food in that night outside. How do you expect us to come back or suggest someone. Room lighting was already low and there 2-3 lamps not working. Later I have to order online food.

One of the worst experiences ever had at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative even they were so arrogant while talking to the customers. I have stayed for 3 nights 4 days in Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara, and in this entire time room AC was not at all working. I had my 8 months baby with me, and suffered so much due to this non-working AC of Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara, though I had booked AC Deluxe room with full payment in well advanced. When on first day itself I complaint about non-working AC to hotel reception, they told me that; sir you have set your room AC to 16oC and we had set in from master control to 200C that’s why it is not working. I don’t understand here who gave them right to decide at which temperature I should kept in my booked room’s AC…? Are they paying me or Am I paying them…? On second day again, I made complaint against non-working AC to hotel reception, and this time they were completely noncooperative so I contacted Oyo assist to make complaint about same here also I didn’t get my complaint solved. And on third day again when I complaint about non-working AC to hotel reception, at this time they were completely stubborn against my complaint.Also, I have made booking for 4 persons (3 adults + 1 child) at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara for 4 days, 3 nights, even though each and every day they were providing In-Room Amenities only for 2 persons i.e. bath towel, soap & shampoo. No face towel, No Hand towel, No dental Kit, No shaving kit were provided by Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara.No any proper hygiene was maintained during my stay at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara. I was there for 4 days 3 nights, and they didn’t even change Bed sheets in this 4 day. Also, no proper hygiene was maintained in toilet as well. More ever they didn’t clean room’s floor in these 4 days. All the garbage on room floor were as it is during these 4 days.And on top of that on the check-out day i.e. 4th day Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara’s staff behave so arrogantly that, though check out time was 11:00 am to 12:00pm and as per hotel website late check out is also available on chargeable basis, they literally forced me to clear dues of my ordered food items (tea & water bottles) at 09:00 am itself. And at 11:15 am the Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara staff forced me to step out from my booked room along with my family including my 8 months old baby. Because of which I have to wait for almost 1 hour 30 mins at Hotel’s reception area. Also, Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara staff not at all helped me or assist me with my heavy luggage for its loading as well as unloading.From my experience I can tell that all the previous reviews were either FAKE or not based on REAL SITUATION.Really it was a very pathetic, miserable and irritating experience…
