Visited the restaurant for family dinner yesterday. Sizzler wasnt upto the mark at all and even after sending back crispy veg twice, the order tasted soggy. Pasta and brownie wasnt available yet again. Ornate needs some rethinking in terms of their food and service.

Under the management of Salim uncle it was fabulous service . I booked hall for birthday and hall is very huge . staff is also so humble.food is very tasty and service is very good 🥰 thank you Salim uncle for this ❤️ its was fantastic and fabulous restaurant.🥰

Service is very bad nowadays beacause I am visiting this restaurant during past years but after the change of whole staff the service became very poor specially the MAN WHO IS TAKING ORDERS is very rude with customers even after complaining so many times to manager they are not taking crucial steps against him it seems like the man is a relative of manager. Thats why i never came back to this place.

Regular visitor of the restaurant for dinner, lot of change of taste and quality of food served,not appreciable this time. Need to look in to it for improvement.

Had been to Ornate Banquet, first impression was not upto the mark, as lift is on the backside with no sign of direction and there the shutter of the entrance was closed. Had to go to 2nd floor and came down by staircase.Hall has a partition dividing the hall into two. If you need to attend the party on other side, need to cross someone elses party was ridiculous.Otherwise every thing was very good. Food was delicious, Ac working in full capacity, staff polite and no mess.I would have wrote this first, but if management read this, they should take note of the problems first.

One of the best banquets! Very good for the function with around 100-150 people! There are two banquets parallely! Biggest drawback is that it is very small apart from that behaviour of staff and manager is very good they are very co operative! Per hour charge is around 3500.

Worst food I have ever eat..we ordered dry manchurian which cost us around 190/- which was too high. And taste too bad.Even Chinese loury wala makes better Chinese.Third class food with third class taste.

Lack of facilities to set banner.Banquet hall manager is quite irresponsible and unresponsive.Splitting a single big hall into 2 or 3 parts..One side engagement and full noise is arranged and other side with a thin partition, business meet is arranged.Lot of disturbance. Horrible experience..!!Their behaviour is like: our hotel is new and we dont have any experience of such business meet so we cannot do anything and cant help you...!

I, along with my family had visited Ornate Banquet Hall on the occasion of Baby Shower.The hall is adequately big to accommodate 150-200 people at once.The hall lightings are glamorous and the design is very trendy.The air conditioning and circulation was perfect.The food was perfect and the staff was very courteous (assuming both belonged to banquet hall).I must say its the perfect choice for such an occasion.

Not well air conditioned. When there are a lot of people, one would feel hot when the banquet is full. Food was good though. So thats a plus point. About parking, the mall has a big parking space but on weekends thats also full as there are other shopping places in that mall which are quite popular
