It was great experience to stay here in this hotel... The behaviour of receptionist, waiters n general manager was very polite n cooperative... Food provided was delicious and was served with full hygiene.... Parking space is also there. A very good place to stay with family too.

Happened to visit the restaurant only for dinner with school buddies. The overall service was good, food quality and quantity good, ambiance good, access to place okay as the approach road is not decent surface and no lights outside during night but that is hardly 50m strech.Overall rating - 4.5 out of 5 👍🏻

I had my haldi at their pool side lawn in April 2021. They were very understanding of the setbacks brought upon us due to these pandemic times. I booked 2 of the most famous venues in Baroda for my other functions but the level of satisfaction I got from Banyan Paradise’s hospitality beats all those venues as well. Transparency in information, great decor, delicious food, and staff that actually understands you! I’m amazed by everything here and special thanks to Mr Harish and Divyesh. We felt cared for in a time of great difficulty and uncertainty.

Very unhygienic stay conditions..smelly rooms towels and linen... no CORONA precautions.....inefficient staff....bad service at the restaurant... not recommended at all

Great resort to stay near Highway.

Not as pleasant experience as it was promised and obviously expected for being a first time guest at this facility.1. Food that is some where less then average in taste are pretty much over charged.2. Hotel area cleanliness and hygiene is pretty much compromised at this place, the entrance, the guests waiting area , rooms, lobby , garden area, bed-sheets and mattresses not clean.(Lady hair in the lift and the guest waiting area and sofas, couldnt bare to see such dirt)(For a first time guests no one would expect to see Tobacco packets lying around in handed over rooms to guests and guests running behind the staff to get is re-cleaned and handing over again)3. Approx 2 hours late delivery of rooms, extra beds, towels and even water.4. Timely handover of rooms and its cleanliness is compromised here, needs a lot of improvement in management.5. The Senior team here dont really talk to you politely or even professionally as you being guests at their resort, rather they talk no less then a local shopkeeper who has nothing to do with you once you buy a product and just leave.6. No communication of rules and regulations prior to bookings or handing over rooms to the guests, neither there are rule boards or direction boards put up to guide the guests and later the staff ends up with poor cooperation in service and timings.7.Only decorations and interiors seemed cool yet average and gave an avragely pleasant ambiance.Would not really recommend for a marriage function for a less then average service & cooperation from the resort facility at such a huge price value.

Beautiful property on the highway.We rented 2 family rooms & 1 deluxe room. And held a function in one of their banquet halls. Food was amazingly delicious!! So were the amenities.. One of d best places fr family gt together.Ms armeet their manager and mr vipin were very suportive and ensured all our requests were attended promptly.Food is d best that we ever hd in baroda.Family suit rooms are superrr spacious, clean and best part is there are 2 wash rooms in each room.Breakfast was prepared fresh and delicious as well.Gr8 place, prompt service and good service overall.

Best place for wedding occasions

The place is just ok not much to say. Staff have good attitude towards you and the service is little bit slow pace. Food is over all good some of the dishes is not upto the mark. Some food items are really good i.e dragon fang and paneer lababdaar but other soup is not that good it laterally have burnt test. So 3 star is for place, cleanliness and staff response.

Good parking, underwhelming food taste as per expectations. It’s an ideal resort located on the outskirts of the Vadodara city right on Highway. The place is quite spacious and good. The place is great for vacation or parties but food taste should be better focused on and banquets should be kept mosquitoes free!
