Dev x Vadodara didnt have proper rate system. One day they charge something else with facilities and other day something else.We have fixed one meeting based on past communications , for another meeting ,management decided to charge extra , saying the rules are changed.Since last one month , I wrote email to management for this topic. No-one answers not picking up calls.The behaviour is completely based on rate cards.

They provide a wonderful infrastructure to work. Service & facility provided by support staff and from the management is great. They keep us entertained with the events & activities within the community. It is a great working environment with safety measures. 👍👍☺️☺️

Very good experience.I worked here for 4 weeks. Cooperative staff, Perfect location, nice view and Positive vibes around work area. Most important thing I met intresting people who are working on awesome ideas/projects. Canteen work is going on so hoping it will start soon.

I have been here since August 2020 and this is undoubtedly one of the better working spaces in Baroda at least. The atmosphere is vibrant, which makes one want to work. The entire premises is spick and span and the housekeeping staff is very prompt in cleaning up anything and also maintain the hygiene of the premises. The management team here is always just a call away and any issues that I have had, have been resolved promptly, without the need of any reminder. The entire infrastructure is robust and the company is well-equipped to cater to different kinds of requirements that different businesses may have. All in all, if you are a startup with a small team and a limited budget, DevX is THE place to be!

Great location, excellent design and wonderful ambience. Very spacious and professionally managed co-working office. One of the best in Vadodara. Would recommend flexi-desk option too. Made some good connections.

Nice offices, but the way they treat is really bad, firstly I wasnt given an office even after the payment and then the lockdown came and its been a year this unprofessional fellas couldnt even refund the amount. I am going to report this in a consumer forum. I have been emailing them from last 2 days and never get responded. But not anymore, I have documents ready to file a complaint against you guys.
