My mother was hospitalized here during the 2nd COVID wave. The hospital resources were great (prompt blood tests, HRCT service, etc.) and so is the staff. The ward and the washrooms were maintained hygienically. My mom talks about how cooperative the staff was and how good the doctors deputed in COVID duty were. She was not allowed to take her mobile phone inside however, the hospital staff let us talk to us from the hospital phone once a day. It doesnt sound a lot, but during that time, it was the most we could ask for. Overall, I think the staff did a great job! My mom returned back well from the hospital.I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 because I feel the hospital staff was underpaid. The nurses were working round the clock and at times 2 shifts at a stretch. I dont know exactly how much they were paid for this, but surely it was not a lot. COVID was a time when we need to keep the frontline workers happy and motivated by at least giving them a good pay and it goes without saying that the medical industry has made good money during this time.

This proves how low they are.Such a Shame if you can’t respect youre arm force personal then forget about common man. Please feel Shame and improve yourself.

Tragedy- The patient’s bed was broken. When we tried to pull the bed up to feed the patient, it fell apart and had to hold it with the hands. If we weren’t there the patient would have off the bed.The nurses are lazy and rude. After fallowing up for almost 10 times to give the proper treatment to the patient, they did it with anger and frustration.I stand by there until they get up and do their work. Meanwhile other patient’s relatives complaining the same about the poor and lazy staff. They went to the pharmacy by themselves to get the medicine and injections because of lack of staff. My recommendation: if you really have no choice but to go there, please take care of the patient and don’t reply on the staff as they won’t do their work with responsibility.

My father suddenly started having chief Complaint of lower back ache and no movement in left leg. We rushed to Tricolor Hospital and consulted Dr. Pinkal Thakkar, he is calm and composed, he examined my father and asked us to go for MRI and under the same roof of Tricolor Hospital we got the MRI done, post MRI Dr. Thakkar said that its acute muscle stiffness and is treatable through medicine, he then prescribed meds and asked for complete bed rest for 5 days. The pain was so unbareable that next day again we had to go and consult him. He said that these are meds and will take some time to get the result. I liked his honesty, should he have wished he could have asked us to go for hospitalization but he said its not needed at all. Post that on our follow up visit I took my dad to hospital and Dr. Thakkar was really happy to see that instead of wheel chair support patient has came walking without any support. To summarise my experience I would say - Trust your doctor and Trust his Treatment planMy father is now completely okay and am falling short of words to express my gratitude towards Dr. Pinkal Thakkar.

Worst Management. Not taking any responsibility. They specifically told to take online appointment and process for covid vaccination scheduling. But then, on scheduled date, they told that there is no vaccination. Many others were disappointed. Didnt even allowed to meet with senior doctors or management. Just told that it was problem in government website and you should now talk to website owners for any complaint. We are not responsible for any vaccination scheduling of their hospital on government website. Ridiculous behaviour. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Pros:1. Have good facilities for testing.2. The doctors are knowledgeable about covid gudielines and treatment path.Cons:1. They dont allow phones with patient.2. The contact number they provide, no one picks up. We werent able to contact my father for 24 hours.3. The doctor contacting you for giving the patients status daily informs the patients condition but sounds hopeless. Its understandable to communicate the status of the patient if they are critical but also be hopeful of the treatment you are giving.4. The attendants dont tend to patients regularly to see if they need water or anything else. If an ICU patient has to keep calling them and still they dont attend then what to say.

Thoroughly disappointed with this Hospital. They charged us a huge chunk of bill per day with zero customer service. My father was admitted for Covid 19. There was zero transparency about what was going on with him or the kind of treatment offered. The doctors were arrogant, rude and got defensive if we asked questions. He was severely critical, when their incompetent dietitian offered him a breakfast loaded with 8-10 eggs which is anyways heavy to digest even for a normal person. That incidence affected his digestive system even more and things never got better. We lost him even after trying anything and everything we could. My suggestion for this hospital staff is to be empathetic towards the patient and the relatives who are already in misery. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had an absolutely terrible experience here with the head doctor that was in charge of the ICU, Dr. Divesh Patel. This was the worst possible situation our family had ever been in and the least we expected was empathy and not arrogance. We all understood the practicality of the matter that Dr. Patel was trying to convey. However, his heartless approach towards the patient and his family in the worst times was not to be expected. He blamed my father for non cooperation without understanding his state of mind, the side affects of the strong medications and potential COVID Psychosis. We did not have any access to my father except one call to my mother for the day while he had his oxygen mask on so they could barely talk or understand each other. We felt terribly helpless and our only window of hope was to hear from Dr. Patel on his daily 2 minute call where he would run medical facts like a parrot and would act extremely difficult, rude and intolerant when asked any questions.I strongly feel there was no personal touch to the treatment. I feel this because strong and expensive medicines were just being dumped into his body without proper consideration of side affects and results. They increased his protein intake to 6 eggs a day, which is extremely heavy even for a normal person. I had to hire a pulmonologist as a consultant to go see my father every day to ensure proper medical treatment since his body started swelling due to access carbon dioxide and mismanaged ventilation. I can’t even imagine what my father had to go through when he was in the COVID ward where he probably lost the battle mentally. He didn’t have any access to his phone, iPad, TV or anything from the outside world except the nurses and these rude ruthless doctors. After requesting iPad and phone access for him several times, it was all in vein as they were all denied. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone after our pathetic experience.

My mother was admitted here for pneumonia. Her covid test was negative, she was kept in the suspected covid ward till she tested negative. She was then given some treatment for 6 days in the hospital and was discharged. Our visiting doctor charged us for each of those 6 days, but yet did not visit her on a regular basis. She was re-admitted after 1 week for covid, which she most probably contracted in the hospital itself. Her treatment began 2 days after being readmitted, which means they started her treatment 2 days late. She was not allowed to keep her phone with her, whereas most other hospitals allow their covid patients to keep their handsets. We were not allowed to video call her in any other way either, probably to hide the flaws of the treatment she was receiving. It was Dr Divesh Patel who was treating her. He was extremely rude and unfriendly. He would call us every morning and all he would say is She is critical..Their website states that they accept cheques, but they never accepted a single cheque payment from us.She passed away 11 days after being readmitted. This is very unusual as she had no existing medical conditions; she was perfectly fit and healthy before testing positive for covid. We question whether the technology used in her treatment was in proper condition; we are also unsure if she really did receive good treatment from the doctors of this hospital. We would receive phone calls every day regarding payments, such was their audacity. We question if human life holds any importance to this hospital at all, because they are capable of stooping as low as possible to get their payments on time.Lastly, is was our family doctor who was also the visiting doctor that recommended her to get admitted to this joke of a hospital, and we strongly suggest that if you want to recover from your existing ailments, never keep Tricolour as one of your options.I cannot post this review without giving them a single star, so am having to give this hospital 1 star due to Googles policy, but this hospital does not even deserve 1 star.

And the doctor himself was so rude with us. We contacted Dad from the hospital number. Dad complained that no medicine was given to me on time. His diabetic injection doses were also lower than usual. The staff is lazy. The doctor does not have the civility to talk to the family. And when my dads case got worse, then he told us to take him somewhere else. In addition, the doctor divyesh Patel did not communicate with us for two consecutive days. The hospital being recently built and only 6 months old, I was expecting cleanliness, professional staff and qualified doctors. The equipment used was not sterilized, gloves were not used in the lab, toilet rolls were used to cleanse the gel in the sonography and other rooms. The doctors seemed like they had just got out from college with barely any experience. The bathrooms were filthy. We had to wait literally 45minutes to an hour in between each checkup. Not sure if the physician was a real one or generic. A lady who was possibly just a staff imposed herself as a physician and got into one of the office and did a checkup as the original physician was somewhere in the building.I would not recommend anyone to go to this hospital for a full medical check up. It is a total ripoff. Of 8000/- rupees. The reports cannot be trusted from this hospital as the staff were not professional.Never again would I go to this hospital.
