Delightful experience of selling car in Cars24 Aksharchowk..Went to Cars24 with a decided mind of selling car...I took an appointment via Android app and it was very user friendly.. ( 9/10 )Got a call from store in the morning and reminded me for the meeting.. got a sms.. got an update on whatsapp too.. ( 8/10 )Office was neat and clean with proper precautions... I saw sanitiser at the reception desk.. ( 9/10 )Vadodara - Akshar chowk Branch.They had 5-6 store mangers of which some were already attending couple of clients... One person was assigned to me.. he made me understand all process and we had a drive together for a proper check and to know the condition of vehicle.. ( 10/10 )They had a proper check with all the required tools and devices.. to understand vehicle wear and tear and condition. ( 9/10 )Everything was updated on their portal and same was very much visible on the mobile app too. Transparency was proper shown and was knowing about report card updated of my vehicle.. ( 9/10)Now the important part of entire processAuction of 24 minutes....Things to remember- you need to share your price expectation to the assigned person for your car deal- you need to tell him about your surety in selling car- you need to tell for the price that you cant go below that xyz amount.Rest all things will be taken care by your assigned manager and will assure the smile at the end of 24 minutes of auction.I was very happy with my car sale - my expectation was above 1.60 lacs...Hyundai i10 Era - 2010 model - petrol - 68k kmI got a price of 1.75 lacs in Auction ( special thanks to Mr Rakshit and his senior Mr Vipin too )On the day of my visit some seniors from other branches from other cities visited branch for meeting and it was very clear they were also keen in getting the proper approvals in place with proper escalations and immediate calls for any delay approvals from Head office.You need to carry RC BOOK/CARD along with CAR KEYS AND INSURANCE PAPERS.Once the deal is finalised in some time money will be transferred to your bank account with proper due diligence .It was a delightful experience... And for sure would be sharing with my friends colleagues and family members too.They made me understand further formalities of RC transfer which will be updated and same will be available on mobile app too..Kudos to TEAM Cars24...Cheers to Rakshit...
