Worst ever service experience (0 star). Visited on 27-Feb-21. Bike was not cleaned properly. Ive to wash by myself to remove geese/oil which was left over bike or might be cleaned by geesey cloth. While washing, Ive realised that rear wheel is not even opened but they charged me for break shoe. Ridiculous! They might have a technology to change the break shoe without even touching the rear assembly. Now, i really have a doubt whether they have cleaned carburettor and d-carbon engine as charged. I really understood that why people are choosing Honda/yamaha and not true make in India products from Hero becauseHero remains only in name not in work.

Dont Buy Your Two wheeler from here. And neither service them. They dont Solve problems but create them and then will charge money to repair it. Mr. Ashvin is a Big liar dont trust him. Plz Dont buy or Service from here. Very Bad staff.
