Stayed for 3 days, overall experience good with good location but service level of f&b and other staff was gone to worst as may be low staff due to low occupancy. can understand, this is situation with various industry and all places but once you have started, you need to maintain your markable service so suggest to improve on it immediately and see the better next time as it was earlier before covid. The property is well taken care of, fully equipped, has a beautiful location right at the city center where the bus to Monaco can be accessed. Very comfortable bed and duvet, large screen TV with netflix which was very appreciated since we could not go out due to heavy rain. They have a pocket garden where we had an aperitif since the bars weren’t open. The grocery stores are just a minute or two away from the property so it’s very easy for us to buy whatever we want. Most of all, we have the best host. Joan and her husband are very kind enough to give us a lift to the property. Communication was very easy and they go the extra mile just to satisfy their customers. A good hotel right in the heart of the city for basic stay in a branded chain of Lords Hotels at moderate price. The interiors are a bit old-school like a heritage hotel, probably its by design. But some things in the room need renovation to maintain the standard of Lords.

The hotel is very near to the railway station. hardly 3min drive. hotel is clean. rooms are spacious and properly sanitized. even tv remotes are sanitized before check in. hot water is available. washroom is clean but smaller bath space. staff is very cooperative. restaurant is good. overall good stay for individual as well as family.

It was our corporate get toghether party with dinner and it was a wonderful service provided by staff and dinner was awesome. Our team was enjoyed a lot with music and some fun games also we had played over there.

Old property and not worth the tariff. Poor room quality. Bathroom sucks. Some of the rooms have eerie views of unkempt plantation of nearby park. Breakfast is rubbish. Wont advise for lodging. Much better options available at same tariff

Ill start off with the positive aspect.. One of the best locations in Vadodara.. Now coming to the negatives. The property is quite old. The rooms can seem a bit dim lighted compared to the modern hotels so keep that in mind. The place seems to be understaffed after the Lockdown due to which the service is very slow. The parking can be a problem for 4 wheeler at times here. Average stay. Had higher expectations.Also, no welcome drinks were served to us as mentioned in the complimentary section. Average.

My review is not about stay but instead a view about the service of their restaurant THE CORIANDER.This was my first visit to their restaurant yesterday at 8pm. Having enquired about the restaurant and other facilities at the reception, I with my family went there. Having waited for 15 mins, no waiter turned out. I informed the reception guy, who called someone but nothing turned out. So, we wait to leave the place without having food.So, please dont visit this restaurant on weekdays, as you may not find any waiter or service boy.

Its a nice place and most oldest hotel in Vadodara, they serve both veg and non veg, food is good and best part their buffet is at open terrace and sometimes they also have gala night with dinner, which is amazing and in summers especially they come with festival and theme based food, which is worth to go, because they make the ambience of hotel according to theme and cuisene too, must visit .

It was a comfortable stay with safe practices adopted by hotel. intercom stopped working suddenly, flush wasnt working properly it remained pushed and water kept on flowing untill we have to pull it out back. apart from few uncomfortable in dine experience. their were only two option in in-dine breakfast. the lunch menu, breakfast menu was being repeated. moreover they take approx 1 and half hour to deliver order. 45mins to deliver tea. I got coffee with curdled milk and dinner with dal with hair.hope sooner they take this feedback and work seriously on it.
