Really bad in customer service. Their advise on new pumps are really good but when it comes to servicing / fixing pumps they are really bad. Either they dont have the expertise or they are not interested in helping customers fix the issue. I have gave my pump more than a month ago and after following multiple times, I am still waiting for my pump. They keep saying they are working on it and this happened to me 2 times on 2 different occasions. Not going back to these guys again even though I like their new product.
