I must say that living here is a dream come true.Quiet place happy place green place to live in.Has garden to play and sit and hang out.Everything is near you so you dont have to worry about going to the town to just get one thing.Lots of amazing party plots near you.A photogenic place to be in.

Very nice neighborhood. Well maintained society. Clean surroundings. Children play area and small garden inside the society. Gymnasium with modern equipments for regular fitness. Clubhouse for meetings and get togethers. Located in posh location. Schools, Hospitals, Malls, Cinemas, D-mart, Groceries store, Pharmacy, Restaurants, etc nearby. Very calm and peaceful place to live.

Dirty water or No water for many days.. you have fill buckets from near by society.. No power backup and you will get stuck in lift multiple times… beautiful edited pics and 5 years free maintenance is fake marketing to sell flats.. Biggest problem is No management and society fund is getting misused with dadagiri.. If you buy flat here its very difficult to resell because of bad reputation so please think 100 times before buying.. posting this review after living here and its not fake like other paid review here

Safe locality with luxurious apartments.Ample space for parking. 24 X 7 availability of lifts with security surveillance, no shortage of water. Backup generators for 24 hours electricity. Modern apartments with all basic and lavish amenities. Comes with a play area for children, lanes for walking, and jogging. Located on the outskirts away from all the hustle-bustle of the city.

Visited this project. Its well planned in a quiet vicinity. After a long day at work its the apartment place to live. The club facilities are great and the most focusable point is they are giving 5 years warranty of inside the flat, which is not given by any builder of Baroda.
