The quality of Construction is not as per the prize of flat. Also The staff is not co operative and not behaving politely with customer.Csn get very good option than this at this prize.

The same builder have build an appartment Tulsi Height Ajwa road, B/H DABHOI DASHALAD BHAWAN and sell the flats with a commitment 24X7 water supply. I have purchase the flats 7 year ago. Till now, there is no legal water connection for tulsi height. All resident are struggling for water and getting water supply only for 1 hour in 24 hours. This become worst appartment for living and value of tulsi height flat is depreciating time to time.Before purchasing the flats from these builders, please think twice.
