ONLY PATIENT HAVE TO SUFFER..😭Very worst management...everyday most of the patient get harassed..no any que management,very much worst condition of cleanliness,some of the OPDs mannerless unsupportive staff workers..even one of the time I experienced that in X-ray department x-ray film developing staff is absent in midnight and do the same with an untrained fellow...I hope there will be a token system for patients who visit OPD..

Please never go for Blood Test, Laboratorys staff are irresponsible, every place is dirty and every place fully with mosquito, where are going for the treatment of Dengu, extra.....From last 4 days I am trying to get my report, yesterday they have told me first 4 o clock next 5.30 , third , 6.00 o clock, and finally they have told that its closed. From 4 to 7.30 o clock I have waited.Today morning I have been there again answer come afternoon.

Dr. Raj Patel (ENT Dr. night shift) did excellent job. with 20mins Piece of Match stick(Forien body) was removed from his ears. initally we went 4 - 5 privite Hospital but they refuse this case. Now im proud that we have Excellent team of Doctors at SSG Hospital. as we are upgrading with time & Technology, Goverment Hospitals & Other bodies are also upgrading .

Here in covid-19 word, the staff of nurses is less, if patients has any queries aur any issues, nurse are not available there, if any patients have been in critical condition, they are not even drink water by own, then its necessary that nurses are available there 27/7, Increase the staff of nurses,Or everyday they call patients relatives to update about the condition of patients,& Required cctv camera in covid word, it show to patients relatives( required a proper hall or anything for patients family) by lcd or led or whatever...

SSG is best hospital.....I had very good experience.during carona first I went private for caronatest day before my friend pay 3000 very next day they increase 4000. Which is totally free of cost in SSG, Dr are very helpful I receive 14days free medicines as well...... where in private the charge 2500par day.

One of the biggest hospital of vadodara operated by government itself. It includes all the facility of clinical needs. It is good to take an appointment with the hospital if you dont want to stay in the line. It charges the lowest for many operarions and some are free. The staff is also supportive and doctors too.

This ia a government hospital in vadodara city, total facilities provided here by government of Gujarat. Hospital build in very large area, there is different department buildings here, so for new people it is hard and difficult to find ..!!! Facility is not very good for patients, sometimes staff is not available and always there shortfall of employees , facility and treatment here is here free and that is good for poor people... SSG Hospital is located opposite the Moti Baugh monument, in the Salatwada area of Vadodara city. Its a Municipal hospital run by the Vadodara Municipal Cooperation. Its clean and well sanitised. Being a municipal hospital its not expensive to take treatment here.

My mom just died- had no bed in ICU available on emergency- no proper service from staff (nursing), lack of expertise- dirty bathrooms- patient lift for emergency available for general public and programmed to override input when new input comes, so patient in lift keep moving up and down until no new inputs comes.- no proper map available to guide new patients/people- shortage of medical devices- no lift in emergency building- doctors dont discuss about patients condition to their relatives until its too late

It is a very big hospital, extremely crowded, might be experienced as unhygienic/dirty since they provide for a vast number of people , and administration may not be as efficient as it should be when it is serving so many patients but I can vouch for the fact that some of the doctors working here are the most service-oriented of professionals. They provide you with the accurate picture of your illness; in case the prognosis is not good, they will tell you straightaway instead of giving false hope and putting you on unnecessary procedures/operations to produce a huge bill like any other corporate hospital or private practice. The main drawback is the crowd and hygiene which makes you think twice in case you are immuno-compromised; otherwise the consultation and service from the doctors is reliable.

Communication system within doctors needs to be improved.In existing condition for patient admitted in ICU section doctor asked to patients relative to go to medicine deprtments doctor to write the medicine.Atleast they need to consider fast response time within department through phone/internal software system for suggestive medicine for ICU patients.Hope this will consider as improvement point in top most priority.

Worst hospital. No cleanliness, Doctor doesnt have proper equipment to handle Patient. Doctor understands that relatives can replace Nurses work!!!! Relatives have to help doctor while giving oxygen!! Isnt it worst ever !!! Resident doctor gets panic if we ask sensible questions!!!

3rd largest tertiary care hoapital of Gujarat and having so many OPDs daily the shape of the SSG hospital is very bad and unhygienic that people get affraid of the Hispital...Though it has so many master doctors and speciallist in the hoapital and grants from Govt also is in huge amount ....The cleanliness needs to be maintained on priority and not only this is the responsibility 0f the Hospital Administration but it is the equal responsibility of the people to keepit clean by not spitting hwre and there..Please keep in mind that thisis a national project....

Largest govt hospital in central Gujarat benefitting patients of Gujarat as well as adjacent states like MP and Maharashtra. Due to heavy patient rush, facility looks small than what it is.. also the care providers seem to be least concerned about the problems of patients though they can offer solution. Most of tye time OPDs are run by internees and resident PG students who are most of the times unaware of majority of government programmes and guidelines which makes treatment a miserable experience.
