Its a heaven for pets. The doctor is very experienced and has solutions for all your problems and doubts. Also she has built a garden for pets which has various activities for them like climbing, tunnel crossing etc.

Had a really good experience! I went to multiple other vets for my cat after a dog bit her but it wasnt much help at all. Dr. Lobo and Dr. Dhara were the only ones who were able to save Nia (my cat) from paralysis. Im really glad that I went to them. Nia is doing really well now! Thank you both and the rest of the staff!

Dr is very caring and gentle with pets. My dog was in very pathetic condition when we approached them..with proper diagnosis and treatment he has recovered now..All docs and staff are very good in nature.. if your pet needs physiotherapy or hydrotherapy this is the place you are looking for My dog becomes so happy when we take him to Dr Lobos clinic.He always wants to stay mthere.Big thankyo u to youll from Scooby.

My beagle puppy was of 38 days old I took him for deworming and after that she asked to bring my puppy after 2 days for vaccination he from the next day he suffered from diarrhea loose motion and many things when we asked her she was so irresponsive and also gave him bad treatment after suffering for 7 days yesterday night he died. Just because his bad treatment and irresponsible behavior my puppy is jot with me😭😭. Pls if u want to keep ur puppy safe stay away from this kind of money minded doctor.

The staff members are very rude and hesitate in answering the questions they’re charging money for. And some of them were not even wearing a mask during this pandemic where precautions should not be taken for granted!!Didn’t expect this type of service from a doctor who has years of veterinary experience.Will never recommend this vet clinic to anyone.

I went to the doctor for my deworming of my small puppy. He was of just 45 days after that she called me after 2 days for the vaccines, but after this that puppy was not eating anything and having loose motions n all..I called that doctor at the same time she ansi the call but no action is been taken to save the puppy and that puppy died last day.lf you want to save your pet never went to this doctor.she doesnt have the sence to talk with the people. She also give the injection to that small puppy who was of just 40 days and regularly she was doing that.Requesting you not to any of ur pets to this doctor as she is vey careless even she is so irresponsible for the pets.so plz be careful from this doctor as she doesnt care about any of the pets she just want to make money

The veterinary hospital in the town. Dr. Angela and the Clinic staff are very helpful. They understand the need of our Pets, their problems and treat them properly.

She has no knowledge of dog breeds although she runs a business selling dogs to her customers. Personally I didnt find her very professional.

Taking your pets to this hospital means losing them forever! Also she is an extremely rude, arrogant, inhumane and money minded doctor.. She has killed so many innocent animals and birds due to her negligence. NEVER NEVER EVEN THINK OF TAKING YOUR PET THERE! Her license needs to be snatched! She shouldnt call herself a doctor.. My 3 month old puppy ate a thread reel and he was operated and treated with utmost care and attention. I could save his life only because of Dr. Lobo. Also she has a very good emotional connect with pets and all the dogs i have taken to her from the beginning. She also came specially during diwali break just for my dogs treatment. Completely dedicated and very sympathetic doctor!!!

Sweet Teddy lost his life due to negligence of a well know Vet of Baroda. Please dont ever visit Dr Angela Lobo !!!My gineapigs had 3 kids among which 2 were female and 1 was a male. The post is sharing how negligence of a well known vet Dr Lobo caused us immense pain and trouble.This vet is known for her bad attitude and ever grumpy face. Though she has a 3 floored hospital she lacks basics of being a good human being. With her arrogance and negligence she killed our pet our child.1. When I got Gundappa last year from her clinic and visited her shortly to get him a friend gineapig she gave me a female gineapig when I wanted a male. Gundappa had to be neutered and this vet didnt even consider of giving us some discount for the operation for her mistake.2. They reproduced (thanks to Dr. Angela Lobo) we had difficultly to find a home for the 3 kids they had. Thankfully my friend Vaidehi adopted all 3 of them and raised them with much love.3. As teddy gineapig was a male baby among 3 he had to be neutered. He was only 3 months old (palm size) when she decided to operate him.4. The operation was done and she asked my friend to take him home. The gineababy wasnt even awake. She told Vaidehi to keep Teddy warm over an insulated heating pad.5. Vaidehi did that along by putting 2 cloth pieces over the heat pad at her home and continuously waited for Teddys reaction. Teddy after some time died and she rushing him to Dr Lobo where she declared him dead and blamed Vaidehi for keeping it on the heating pad. She said it was too warm ! (which wasnt so hot as Vaidehi had checked and also used 2 cloth to insulate it further)6. When my friend cried and gave the phone to her brother Dr Lobo was extremely rude and told him that should she be apologising to all the family members which she should because her dumbness and sheer negligence killed our pet.7. We burred Teddy with great sorrow and miss him each day so do his gineapig sisters.8. What went wrong ?Dr Angela Lobos bad understanding of the gineapig in generala. Maybe the gineapig was way too small and died out of shock post operation. It was only a 3 month old child. She rushed him for a neuter where as my friend was ready to keep him in a separate cage.b. She might have given him a greater dose of anaesthesia.c. Her bad attitude after killing our pet and blamed my friend Vaidehi which further affected my her and her family.d. No stringent laws in India for animals offenders or careless vets like Lobo !e. Lobo should have a contract which states that there might be a chance that during or post an operation pets might die. This would help the clients to make a better choice or rethink their decision or prepare for the worst.I am writing this post so that no one ever goes to Dr. rather amateur and fake practitioner Lobo. Loss of a pet is like loss of our family member. Wish there was an authority which monitored practices of such vets. If it was in my control I would have revoked her licence to practice. Well Karma shall take its revenge !May Teddys soul rest in peace please pray for his soft furry soul he definitely deserves a better place than earth where vets have no heart.

That is nice place for treatment of your lovely pets or buying new one. They have amazing range of birds, mouse , rabbit as well along with some exotic birds. They have friendly staff and overall experience was amazing.

Pretend to be knowledgeable, doesnt know core basic being veterinary doctor. She is unkind to pets forgot about human beings. Instead of finding deseas or illness about your pet, she try to sell her products, medicine and unnecessary irrelevant things.I went with my Beagle for muscle stiffness, probably arthritis on Google finding. She asked her staff to check for temperature, then came to me ask about my pet age and health history. Informed me to take blood sample and x-ray, asked her how blood sample and x-ray help in muscle or joint pain detection as layman. She got annoyed, said you seems to be resisting, your body language is not good. Clarified her that why should I spend unnecessarily like others. on my insistent she checked muscle pains to find nothing yet throws some costlier pain killer spray on stretcher (if we wish to buy, we didnt) then left us asking Re.250 charges!!She gives priority to her known clients instead of going through appointment. Never seen such an arrogant greedy pet doctor!!

Visited several time and the Vet is very helpful and friendly to pet, the treatment is good. In Vadodara Angela B Lobo is very known Vet. One will find everything starting from good treatment to daily pet needs. But the price of the pet supplies is higher than the market.

I lost my 3 months old guinea pig named Teddy. Teddy was a male and we had taken to her to guide us with his neuter operation since we have 2 more other females (Eddie and Ready). On 25th July at 9 a.m she operated Teddy and by 10:30 am he died. Reason ? UNKNOWN because this careless irresponsible vet does not own up on what she has done and simply said the hot water bottle was too warm even though I had insulated Teddy with 2 thick bed covers to keep him warm and cozy. No animal dies of Hypothermia within 10 mins of operation.Also, when my brother spoke to her over phone asking what happened suddenly- she rudely told him Sir, I already told your mother sorry, I didnt know that I had to tell you also sorry..Such a heartless irresponsible careless vet. Heights of rudeness!!To all the animal lovers (Specially a wave out to Guinea pig owners). Please DO NOT go to that doctor. She has no knowledge.As per our analysis- either Teddy was too young to be operated (yet this irresponsible careless vet operated) or he was given high dosage of anesthesia which he couldnt sustain.Please Guinea Pig / animal lovers, SAVE YOUR KIDS.. I know Dr Lobo since 20 years. Yes, you read it right. We used to call her to our home for treating feral and semi feral cats at our home. She used to come by driving a Omni Van with her tiny school going daughter. Back then also she had this attitude that she is obliging us by coming. Even though we used to pay her exorbitant fees for treating stray cats from our own pocket.2 years ago we got our dog operated for a big lump near the lower stomach area which had developed pus. So we went to Dr Soni as he is our first choice. But he wasnt available for lot of time for surgery, so we had no other option but to go to Dr Lobo. She performed the operation, and stitched him up. Few days later, the stitches started opening up. And we took him back for re-doing the stitches. She did it and this time luckily they didnt open up. Our dog did get well eventually. Also when we were there for the first time with dog, she suggested biopsy of the lump in case we wanted to know if it was cancerous. So we agreed, and paid her nearly 2000 rupees. Few days later I called her to ask about the report and she said yeah its normal. She didnt give us any report of the biopsy! Just orally conveyed that it is normal. I am not even sure if she sent the lump to any laboratory at all.I know some other people as well in the field of veterinary practice in Baroda, and they have lot of inside news about different veterinary doctors. I got to know via some of these people that all she cares about is money.Her clinic is quite large, and I think also has hostel facilities for pets.Overall I am decently satisfied with her as a doctor, but dissatisfied with her attitude. Also I would recommend Dr Soni as 1st choice.

Shes good but if your pet is dying in the middle of the night ..... Like mine did... Do not expect her to bother visiting and helping him out.... No matter what her staff would not give her personal number!!This is just my opinion ...

DR. Lobo is a qualified veterinary doctor. However, the way she communicates with people is awful. She gives them a dirty look when they are the ones who will pay her. Once I went to check my dogs health and he had some ticks. Then, Dr. Lobo instead of helping him, got angry at me. However, this wasnt the worst experience I have had with her. A stray puppy in my society got injured so we took him to Dr. Lobo and this puppy was in a really bad shape (bitten by larger stray dogs). But, then at the vet clinic, Lobo didnt seem to particularly like stray dogs or a matter of fact any animal that is not a family pet. She then told us he is fine - he was definetely not - and she also seemed to not check him thoroughly enough as the puppy was yanking at my hand and crying. After she did a really quick check, she told us to wait in the hall. She then started treating other healthy looking pair of labradors rather that a poor stray puppy that was hurt so badly that it couldnt get up or even move its neck. Disgusting in my opinion! We then waited 30 minutes and there was still no response from her! But, after seeing how she treated other dogs.I knew nothing was going to be done. So we drove the puppy home and gave it milk and food. Then, we called VCARE which sent out a van to get the puppy. The puppy was then taken by them and has not been heard of ever since. To me, it had seemed like the puppies condition got worse as time passed. If only Dr Lobo had not made us wait 30 minutes after a brief check up where she didnt even touch the dog to check for fractures, he might have not been as seriously hurt! Ever since this happened, we never went to Dr. Lobo and instead went to another pet shop near Old Vadodara. Apparently this shop is run by Angela Lobos Teacher who got her into the veterinary doctors field. Believe me, Her teacher is such a nice and positive person. Now, we get our dogs checks, wash etc from there and are really happy. Hopefully you understand why I gave Lobos clinic a 1 STAR REVIEW and that you might learn from this review. Thanks for reading.

She is a great,and a frank doctor.One should always take thier pets to her.Yes she have a arrogant nature because she have to much pets to see in whole day and yet she gets frustrated.And Yes one should never ever visit to the CITY PET CLINIC Near vadsar bridge because he is a doctor with poor knowledge.He is expert and killing your pets.

Extremely rude and arrogant woman who thinks she is doing everyone a favor and looks like she hates her profession. Her behavior has even caused her entire staff to hate her and their job. A sick animal needs a peaceful and calm environment to heal. Instead there is chaos and tension that makes everyone panic. Even the patients parents are scared of her, which is absolutely unacceptable.She operated on my 9 year old lab for what she thought was a stomach obstruction. She couldnt take proper sutures (stitches) on him and his sutures kept opening. She opened him up and tried to re-suture him 4 times. My healthy dog was already weak and sicker by this time and obviously had septic infection inside which she didnt bother to treat. The next time his intestines came out due to opening of his sutures, she asked us to go to Anand vet college instead, since she wasnt confident enough to operate on him anymore and she agreed that the operation did not help and was not required so she doesnt know whats wrong with him. The Dr. at Anand told us that she had unnecessarily operated on him and used poor techniques and suture material. The doctors there had to flush his entire stomach due to heavy infection inside (peritonitis) and stitched him perfectly. Though he recovered from the surgery, by this time he developed pancreatitis and other organs started getting infected and we lost him. We lost our son. This is our biggest loss and we are frustrated that we let her do that to our son, since we trusted Dr. Lobo blindly.I request all the people who love their pets, to take them to Anand instead since this clinic is no good for treating anything beyond small infections and vaccinations. Every vet at Anand is caring and more experienced. I heard of many cases later wherein she couldnt detect cancer and other severe and obvious illnesses in pets due to her over confidence and unwillingness to hear people out. DO NOT make the same mistake that we did!

Good doctor and awesome facilities for your pets but the price of items are slightly high

Extremely rude and disrespectful doctor and staff. They arent doing any favours by treating pets, we pay for Thier services and the clinic has been established for providing said service. Boarding facility below average and no comfort provided to pets as they were all lying on the cold floor with no bedding. Strays are treated worse even though we pay for their trestreat. Vadodra has limited vets with no other place that provides boarding and this clinic is completely exploiting this privilege. They dont have any set visiting hours and we were rudely told off because we went to visit the pet at different times of the days and not all together. Horrible. Please fix your attitude and dont forget that you are providing a service and not doing any favours.

REVIEWED...........(One stop shop for all pet needs including medical consultation and pet supplies. Very lively place just like the Vet Dr. Angela Lobo. She shows concern for the pets that go to her for treatment. I had taken my 8 month old Golden retriever to seek treatment for fungal infection. The fees are reasonable and the treatment is effective. This is my first visit and iam happy with the treatment. Will review after few more visits for routine consultation.)Update after 3 months.IAM revising my review bcos the skin condition that was treated by Mrs Lobo has resurfaced on my pet. Happens that the last treatment at this place was improper. Got just a symptomatic treatment rather than a permanent fix for the ailment. Realised that unnecessary biopsy test was done on my pet when the symptoms were pretty clear to identify the ailment. IAM getting my pet treated from a vet at Anand.
