1) Space between two buildings is very good.2) But there are too many towers in one society.3) Galleries are just for namesake. Useless.4) Front gallery in drawing room area, has water and sewage pipes on one side as a bathroom is adjacent to it. Big Big architectural mistake as pipes are visible in front elevation and near your eyesight as you stand in balcony.5) Good amenities promised. Under construction.6) Recently given possession. In a building of 24 flats, only 17 cars can be parked as per visible space now.7) In brochure, bathrooms have bathing space in the end which is as per the modern design norms but reality is different. They have changed in actual structure. Not a good thing.8) Interior structure is good for rooms. However kitchen platform is very small compared to ones that you get elsewhere. The washing area is also very small.9) Storage area is sufficient enough.10) Ventilation seems to be good enough.8) Civil team is responsive for any structural complaints other than mentioned above.

Main thing is that there is big space (around 20 feets) between two flats. Not only two flat but there is also more space between garden area to flat area (around 18 meters). So, This project space wise is very very good. Not only space wise but also good for their unique infrastructure. This is my Love at first sight residential scheme.I had search around 15 to 20 residential project at Vasna & Bhayali area. But, I never got satisfaction as i want. But, When I saw this Purely residential project at that time I and my family member decided to buy this properly because of its unique residential plan.Very Supportive Staff and Project is going quickly under construction at good location at sun pharma road.
