Joined vlcc for weightloss programme and was able to achieve my targeted weightloss and overall had Good experience at vlcc.

Here one gets an Excellent service, especially from beauty expert - Ms. Priya. Alongwith her, the whole staff is absolutely good at their own respective assigned works. Ms. Radha, who has been the branch manager , has been managing the VLCC Center with utmost care and up-to-the-mark dedication and efficiency. Management under her, has been so far an excellent one. The centre has been following all the Covid-19 related guuidelines very efficiently and appropriately. So thanks, and keep it up👍🙂

THEY HAVE CANCELED MY SERVICE TWICE AT VERY LAST MINUTE. I WAS A REGULARING VISIT THEM SINCE 2YRS VERY DISAPPOINTING WITH THE SERVICE.THEY DNT HAVE ANY COORDINATION AMONG THE STAFF. THEY JUST HAVE SOME REASON TO NOT GIVE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF GIVING SERVICES PLEASE SHUT THE PLACE AND SIT HOME. DNT WASTE OTHERS TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had very amazing experience in vlcc salon , and they are maintaining very good hygienic condition all the things are sanitized and also the chairs. I got very amazing immunity boosting therapy which helps to boost immunity and a wonderful haircut just loved my hairs now.

Amazing services. Its been 11 years I come to VLCC for each and every service be it my skin hair or weight loss. I do not have any complain for the services till now. Staff takes good care and hygiene for their clients. Its an overwhelming experience.

Pathetic services after lockdown opened. Very understaffed.. even after taking a prepaid and prebooked appointment, they did not have any staff ready for the services and did not even bother to inform the customers of the unavailability of the staffs. We came to know about it after we went all the way to the Trident branch and at that last moment we did not even have a backup for getting it done elsewhere..A huge disappointment from such a reputed brand..

I first time experienced VLCC... And i must say its time to pay a visit. I had a haircut by nitin and he did a pretty well job. I am in love with my hairs.

Excellent service. Got a haircut today and the stylist went out of the way to make sure the end result came out as shown in the picture I had with me. I have been going to this centre for last 4-5 years and have always experienced very good service for various treatments. Their stylists are knowledgeable and very professional.

I have been coming here since last few years and achieved the desired results with team and self efforts. The working experience here has improved a lot than before and thats one of the reason I thrive to visit and follow. Its enjoyable work sessions.

Good but expensive. I found it to be less professional as I was there for hair spa and the beautician went off and kept me waiting for the steam and then again once he kept me under the steam he never came back. Another attendant came and switched off the steam. Lot of negligence

The staffs feel themselves oversmart. I went with the booking of keratin fusion worth 3000 and they claimed that they were almost going to do another treatment of higher rates that too without the permission. Rude staff behaviour behaving like they are the one who is ruling us. Pathetic serivce. Would mever recommend anyone to go here. Rather than this baroda has far better salons who can provide better services. Seriously vlcc better have a look at ur staffs or they r going to ruin your reputation all over the market.

I have done Bollywood glittery facial at vlcc Vadodara at trident complex, I can not see minor change in skin glow after facial.Very disappointed result

Bad experience for me.. Called them for appointment, got it. But the timing they told on phone and the timing they mentioned on their register was different. When I went there I got to know that the appointment mentioned is late. But somehoe they agreed after half an hour & started with the service. I confirmed again regarding the timing of other service after 2 days & again went there. But I was told that the appointment booked was early and now we have back to back appointment. I came across an ad regarding some haircut service with hair wash in 249/- on Instagram (ads which appear typically after 3 consecutive id stories). So i swiped up and a form came directly, i filled in the details & their representative called me to fix an appointment. I go there on time, everything was okay, and after it was done, the representative asks me, you came through a voucher right? I said yes. She wasnt aware about the voucher, she received my details through it, but by which voucher wasnt in her database. And shes like theres no such voucher, i didnt have a screen shot to prove my point. So they charged me 589/- for a hair wash & haircut. It isnt about the money, but you should confirm the voucher with client before they avail services or on call while you book an appt. Else it feels cheated.
