Its good service at alkapuri arcade.. my watch has Cap issue which is done instantly here and for same this issue raopura branch kept my watch almost 6 months or more than 6 month.. they even dont care of it.. today they also want to kept for 1 more month.. I took my watch back from thr give to alkapuri arcade center they instantly repair without any charges.. if you want good & fair service please visit world of titan alkapuri arcade..

I just visited this small showroom to change the cell of my titan edge watch. Showroom person was rude, do not know how to talk to customers, showing attitude to replace the cell.To change the cell for edge watch he asked around 400 Rs, I just told him surprised ! Swiss rist watch service center replace the cell with NO cost, replacement of cell is life time free for even cost of 3500 Rs. Watch. Person from World of Titan, told me if you want to replace it tell me otherwise take your watch back... Zero customer handling skill.Take care if you plan to visit this small store.

My wifes Titan wrist watch latch got damaged. The only place where watch technician is available is The Titan Alkapuri outlet. The technician fixed it and did not charged as it was in warranty. It was nice experience as the new purchase watch is fixed without hassle.

Very much disappointed with service of my Fastrack reflex.....gave the watch on 4th June with a committed delivery date of 4th July. Now it is 16th July & I am yet to receive any believable updates. Was told previously that I will get a replacement but now they are telling that they will provide the same watch after repairs.....not sure on what to trust. Again....Disappointed

The staff is pretty cooperative here. Its located on the RC dutt road, Alkapuri. As name suggests the store has got all models of Titan and other brands of titan as well. You might get all the models and if you have something that they do not have it in stock they will bring it for you within a couple of days. Overall a good store to buy your watch. Give it a try!

Location wise the shop is well situated. It can be easily located. Be careful with the parking, two wheeler owners do not park on the road. Talking about the store,i found the collection that they showcase outdated. Found watches (fastrack) that were in trend about 4-5 years ago. Overall, a decent place to have a look if you need a watch.
