I have been to a good number of hospitals and doctors as my dad suffers from NSCL cancer and I have been to HCG Vadodara a couple of times for his PET CT.One thing that I can definitely tell about this hospital is that, the staff is polite, helpful and well trained. In other hospitals I have seen staff, nurses and doctors treating their patients rudely and leaving the patient clueless as to what next to be done when they are in a process of getting treated or diagnosed but here, they believe in hand holding their patients and treat them with respect and love. Everyone is helpful here and one thing is guaranteed, information with peace of mind.The photo I have is from their canteen at the fifth floor.

After surgery service very poor in followup appointments issues and front desk person are very poor in communication all doctors are good but assitance doctors are also poor in communication with patient.
