100% Honest Review.Worst Company you can get into in ur life.I had worked in this company for 3 years because I was in no position to leave the company as per the bond which says that, you need to serve the company for 3 years like a dog without any promise or else give a huge amount to leave the company within 3 years. The big mistake in my life was joining this company.I joined as a Fresher. I didnt have much idea how this company is from inside and neither I had any seniors to contact. I joined for internship to this for a period of 3 months. The internship is just for name sake. They pay you penny for just sitting there for 9 hours and wasting your time. You mentor/guide will never approach you in the company while doing internship. He wants you to just do self study and accomplish the given tasks. Not even a single hint will be given while you are working and what all you need to study. No materials or courses will be allotted to you. I should have left the company right after internship, but as I had no choice I moved forward and joined as a regular employee. After joining as an employee, you will taken to training for a period of 3 months where in actual no training happens. Isnt it weird? They say you to self study and move away. The company is working on the shoulders of Freshers. Hardly any senior members are there.The variable pay is lot - 10% which takes out a lot of portion of your salary. You will never get you variable pay. They attract clients by giving them short deadlines and give these huge tasks to employees which makes it hard for them to complete this task on time and which leads to imbalance in work and life. Most employees have forgot how to smile and enjoy life. They always seem either depressed or dejected. This is due to the work pressure.The HR team here is just for namesake. They do not listen to any of their employee issues. Their only aim is to make a fool of employees by making them stay for a long period in the company in name of Hikes, On site opportunities, promotions etc. The company is filled with Micro Management. There are very little great brains in the company. The company just want to exploit their employees. The company is totally client-oriented and always supports client decisions.The company only works in 2 domain - Web and Mobile App Development. The other fields mentioned in website and other professional sites are just for namesake and to attract people. They dont work on any of them. There is no individual growth in this company. The food provided by the company is not good at all and you need to pay for that. The company needs to understand how to maintain their clients and employees. The company itself is behaving like a startup. There is no proper management, addressing employee issues etc. The building which you are looking at is not fully Robosoft technologies. Only the basement and first floor is Robosoft Company. The other floors are just empty.The time management is so strict. You need to work for 8.30 hours without fail. Failing to meet this time, your salary will be deducted. You need to swipe your ID card every time you go to washroom. You need to sit in your seat even without project for everyday 8 and half hours. It makes no sense. The leaves will never be granted and salary will be deducted. The managers need to be present during hikes, which they will not be and this will lead to lose your hikes. The managers will always behind you to complete your work, but during hikes they will not.Everything happening in this company is totally politics. I recommend all to not join this company and spoil your future. You will never get your relieve letter on time which will lead to losing your next jobs. The notice period is 3 MONTHS. No company will wait for 3 months.During verification checks they will always give negative review.The company is under the phase of destruction and the management needs to sell this company to someone else.

Overall a good place to work with lots of new technologies and digital transformation projects.

I have been into the Robosoft interview. It was very interesting and different from normal traditional interview process. This is what I like the most. Very good interview pannel.

Robosoft is a beautiful cylindrical building, whos whole outer layer is covered by numerous rectangular mirrors. These make the building very attractive and beautiful. This building is a major landmark at Ashirvad and is situated just beside NH66, which can be seen even in heavy traffic. In front of the superstructure theres a giant chimney made out of baked red bricks. Which was present over there before the Robosoft building was built.

Very encouraging pleasant place to work and delivery the project to the clients. Provide complete accountable and ownership to manage the projects. Good higher management support and very intensive and aspiring clients makes the company even better and look ahead to have fruitful journey with the company. I have recommended people to join this company for tremendous growth and prosperity.

Handsome employes are bald...lost hair last year, wasted 40k @ Batra hair loss treatment, bought >200 indulekha bottles, all seniors are balded, less hair on head, hair color is gone, 45+ temperature on day time, will i get proposal s, worried

I have been to company just for one day, they said they have urgent opening in the other company i.e 99games. Conducted the interview process and got selected for 99games and they said we have the rights to select anyone i.e either robosoft or 99games I selected Robosoft. The same day they said Im in the first batch that will start on June, but still I havent got the joining date. Every time I call, the HR will tell I have spoke to management once I get the joining date I will forward u people, from the month of June HR is saying I have spoke to management and your joining will be in the next month. still I havent got the joining date. That means Management doesnt listen to HR. If you people dont know to manage the recruited candidates then dont hire, atleast they can take part in other company. Don just play with the students by giving fake jobs.
