Execellent place to stay in Udaipur. The villa is nearby the city and situated amidst the hilly area. The room are neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. The owner of the villa take personal interest in hospitality of guest. Swimming pool is good. Food is delicious. They take extra care for the children. Must go place.

Worst experience ever on anytrip. Very rude behaviour by OWNER. Don’t book this villa if you are planning with friends. Owner threatened and disturbed continuesly to throw us out just because he didn’t want us to enjoy.

This place is just amazing for the people who are finding a place to relax.The place offers everything like a hotel or a resort but at the same time gives a homestay concept to it.Superb rooms with great royal interiors, large lawn area, huge swimming pool with great view of moutains and forest area in the surrounding, and wonderful staff with excelent owner who stays in the property itself and personally welcomes guests and takes care of every minute need of all the guests. Gives a feeling of completely home cooked food.Breezer (The pet dog) is the greatest attraction of the place. Huge rooms with all basic amenities, excellent breakfast home made paranthas and bread roll were delicious.. U can see peacock, deer and birds in the nearby viscinity..Only con is its 1.6 km inside main road, if u r cool with cabs and all then its a beautiful destination to stay in!Owner Mr Bhati was v nice and allowed us an early morning check in..We had rented a 2 wheeler and it was pleasant to room around with it and almost all spots had 2 wheeler parking too!Overall fabulous stay!!!!

We had a 2-night stay at this wonderful place. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Good bathroom with basic amenities, clean towels, toiletries and hot water. The bed is also comfortable.The villa has a beautiful lawn right outside the rooms and a well maintained swimming pool on the first floor. You can spot some animals around - from the balcony, in the lawn and from the terrace. A deer was chilling in the lawn in the morning and jungle fowls roamed about. We also spotted peacocks and various bird species. There is a well decorated common seating area too. All this gives a very serene and relaxed feel to this place.The staff is very courteous and so is the taste of the food served. We got a chance to only have their breakfast buffet. Special mention to the manager Mr. Jitesh, who made sure everything was in place and guided us to some good sight seeing options.Id definitely recommend staying at this place. It is a pocket friendly option which is not very far from the main city.Just one suggestion, itd be really helpful for the visiting guests, if accommodation can be provided to the drivers of their vehicles, especially during winters.

Devraj Villa is a wonderful place to stay: quiet; outrageously tastefully furnished rooms; well designed building and surroundings; 5 min. by car from the city; zoo-feeling (deers to come near to house, peacocks, birds twittering early in the morning). Owner family lives in the same building, familiar atmosphere combined with best service. Owner has good knowledge about everything you want to know. Delicious cooking. If desired, guest are allowed to cook on their own. One of the best places we have ever been. Next time in Udaipur, we will sure come back!

We recently stayed at Devraj Villa for the first time. We loved it. The hosts are excellent and even gave ride to Udaipur airport in the morning when our Ola driver did not respond in time. Rooms are very spacious and very nicely decorated, Food was outstanding for all of us. served us very delicious homemade food .overall very good experience.

A calm and beautiful place to spend a few days in the lap of nature.Araavali Hills are adjustant to this place. Deer are the speciality of this place and you can see them at just 20 feet from you. Pictures of a herd of Deer are shared below.The owner of the Hotel is a nice person and his hospitality was awesome.Though the city of Lakes Udaipur has only lakes to see and you have to travel 30-40 Kilometers to see any fort or any other historic place.Udaipur is directly connected to Delhi with Flight, Train and Bus.

What a lovely property in a wonderful location!!! Step out of your room and you can see so many birds like peacock, bulbul, dove, sun bird etc. In the morning chirping of these birds gives very good feeling. We could also see a group of spotted deers.

Quality of food is really good.One suggestion - Web site of the hotel should inform that lunch would be available, if it is informed in advance. Otherwise, one has to go out for lunch and then come back.

I stayed 4 nights with my family (including 2 kids) just now. It was a wonderful experience and amazing stay. Memorable. Owner and his family is exceptional. The welcoming attitude and service are extra-ordinary. Waiting to visit again.

Hotel is just 500 mtrs from Temple. Hotel is clean . Very limited room service but there many restaurants nearby so not a problem. In bathroom, they supply hot water only for three hours in morning. In breakfast they served only poori and aaloo ki sabzi with tea / coffee. Location of Hotel is little difficult to find but google map helped.

Great place in general for stay, but the plastic in front of the room is super unsafe. Anyone can fall down and break their bones with the height. Unsafe with kids. Other than that, good stay.
