Excellent place one of the best hotels in Udaipur. The rooms are spacious and big. The food is delicious and good. The staff is polite and helpful. Its very well maintained the gardens are very well kept. Its a must visit place. The price is on the higher side. The hotel is luxurious. Overall a great experience.

Everything is good. But Checkout process needs more streamline. The billing is in one place, luggage loading at some other and car / taxi get in area is another and between all 3 there is lack of co-ordination. Atleast I experienced a big delay, to an extent we almost missed our flight.

Six of us went for evening tea. All type of teas & coffees cost 600 rs each. Plus taxes. Go with prior booking . A good place to spend around 2 hours.

My first visit here and I must say, the property is breathtaking!The staff is typical Oberoi level and they take utmost care of you, the guest!I wasn’t super happy with the room design after staying at Amarvilas, twice.. expected a more royal feel inside however it was a little drab. Everything else was top notch!Loved it

They arent called one of top stay experiences worldwide for no reason. The experience was just marvelous. If I start writing in detail, I might write a full blog. When you check in, they tell you that the property is yours and honestly thats not exaggeration. You are treated like a royal and lots of surprises are await. We were upgraded to a semi private pool rooom and it was so beautiful. Your room changes throughout the day courtesy service team. They are the invisible warriors making your experience amazing. We ordered in room dining and they brought a mini restaurant in. Also, because of the pandemic you might not get such rates which honestly are a steal considering the experience. Dont postpone, just Go!!

This place is splendid ! It was one of our firsts luxury stays in India and gosh so worth it ! We went during monsoons, and everyone tried to talk us out of the whole idea but trust me we had a great time ! The Oberoi’s hospitality is unmatchable , the food is so yum, the lush gardens, the pools, and the room ! I can go on about it ! Even the breakfast buffet was so lavish , we even got ourselves some specially made cold coffee which wasn’t even in the menu ! So full points for never disappointing your guests ❤️

What should one say about this spectacular Oberois property. Courteous, welcoming, charming and elegant staff. Right from the security staff to the front desk or the restaurant staff everyone is always keen to help. We visited the property and there was not enough space in the restaurant hence the staff was helpful enough to allow us visit the place. Great architecture and amazing location. Five star is less to offer.

Our stay of 5 days was absolutely heavenly .....the picturous surrounding and amazing food made it worth it all ....a special mention to the chef Mr Prashant for taking such keen interest in every meal of ours & making it extra special and Muskan for always assisting us ❤️

Name says it All its the Oberoi udaivillas... the yeh hai jawani... d Naina vibes .. din get to stay as was fully booked for a wedding so they din allow even to dine at d restaurants which also i felt also sad about .. so really couldnt explore but obviously d place is heritage beauty well made.Had tea and fresh lime at d bar as was evenin tea time but food options not much on d bar menu ..

This is a lovely place, and deserves 5 stars. Stayed at this place for a week and it was the best experience. Yummy food, ample space to walk around, beautiful peacocks walking along side. The folk dance during dinners was an added lime light. The staff is very courteous and the maintenance is to the best. We did not step out of the property as there was so much to do within. Beautiful place for photography. My son who is 9 years old enjoyed events everyday conducted for the children. We had hired a photographer through the hotel and he captured some beautiful moments which will be cherished forever. I recommend this place for an experience of luxury and hospitality.

A kaleidoscopic reflection of the rich Mewari heritage oozes through the construction of the hotel with a host of activities in and around the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and its a fantastic place if you want to be spoiled. Just go eat out instead, the food needs help, there are better restaurants that will offer you better food at a significantly better price.

We stayed from 8-10 September 2020. Right from the check-in, the property and the hospitality simply mesmerizes you. The property is majestically beautiful, coupled with super efficient staff is what makes your stay AMAZING. The food they serve is superb, with lots to choose from, they even customise the food for you. SHIKHAR in Suryamahal restaurant was very assertive and helped us constantly to make selections and make every meal we took a delight. The Head Chef Santosh (pardon me , the name may be incorrect) and his Associate constantly interacted with us and served the best customized food. it was my wifes birthday and also a friends wife and they even set up a special table for us with two special super yummy cakes on the poolside near the premium villas and SHARAD assisted us to perfection, he even took us to beautiful spots from where we could click some photos with an excellent view.O Udaivilas, Thankyou, it was like a dream coming true.

We visited Udaivilas Udaipur in January amidst some heat but you feel so refreshed as soon as you enter Udaivilas.First thing you notice are the grand and beautifully designed exteriors and then the lavish interiors.The hospitality of the staff has been excellent in all aspects.Though initially some issues also happened but the Senior HR a lady did everything after that to make sure our stay was comfortable.The hotel serves excellent food extremely tasty.Staying in this hotel itself is enough for a lovely and peaceful vacation.Each and every staff member is a top notch professional.We even enjoyed how a member also explained us about every single detail of the hotel during our tour of the property.Dont just forget to click your pictures at this gorgeous location.Keep up the good work

Experience was awesome. All stars to Udaivilas. You can find many locations for photoshoot in Udaivilas. Taj View, Garden view, Pool view all are great for photography.

It was good experience staying here and breakfast is delicious and it has more varieties of dishes . Premier rooms are worth staying but semi pool and suit is quite expensive. Rest property is at good spot and its hygienic too.

We stayed in the hotel resort from 13th to 16th march during marriage function of my grand son Bharat with kritika .All function were memorable and Unforgettable like we were in dream world.Its a Very beautiful property with lots of greeneries ,beautiful lake ,spacious rooms ,courteous staff ,I would like to record my appreciation to mis lalita chavhan our buttler who was quite attentive and very help ful .She arranged medical assistance promptly when we needed it.i also record my appreciation for mis Swati for herCare and help during our stay .

I tried to contacting hotel restaurant multiple times but no one responded to my request for dinner reservation. I even requested this on instagram however the response only came after a 4 days by then I had returned back to my house. Expect better and faster response even if its a no from a 5 star hotel!
