Located at prime location on Bank of Fateh Sagar lake, it has scenic views and gives a sense of serene peace. But despite of having a PPP mode this officers residency lacks luxurious and well maintained rooms. Still it is one of the best circuit house and highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best locations with a view i have stayed at!best location for the view of udaipur!But, the room upkeep is just meh! they also don’t provide with any wifi! the food is also okayish! BUT THE VIEW from our rooms 😍😍

Awesome view and lovely place. No doubt Udaipur is best in every aspect. I would recommend you to visit there early in morning when rush is minimum. You can find GJ everywhere in udaipur so youve to deal with it otherwise 👍🏼 for it.

Awesome place awesome view. Food is great and most affordable place plus rooms are clean ac rooms are available and most importantly each room has a lake view balcony. Lusch green near by area .and it is switched on top of a hill. So a nice place to see sun rise and sun set. Plus its near to lake that make it even more awesome.

Located in a fine place.. just above the lake with wide and nice view in.. it is like a heritage building..Rooms in annexe have now improved.Counter staff needs to change attitude to guests ..Kitchen staff are polite and food served is hot and simple .. but excellent.

Beautiful guest house on top of the small hill and in front of lake.we just visited from out side .spacious parking, garden and flowers will attract anybody going that way. It’s lucky to stay there.

If we look from the locations perspective it is at the one of the best locations in the whole city but. We get a very scenic view from rooms. But the rooms are not well maintained as compared to charges.

Awesome place to reside while visiting udaipur. Good food and prime location facing Fateh Sagar lake.

Maintenance of the place is really bad. The dining hall ceiling is dripping water.In the rooms, there are ants crawling on the bed, no running hot water, towels and bedsheets are dirty. This place is a definite mood killer for your vacation.What is most disappointing is how the management is ruining an excellent property in a perfect location.

Terrific place to stay! Overlooking Fatehsagar and located on a hilltop, this government guest house would give a run for money to most of the hotels of Udaipur. You would get nice homely food with reasonably good room service. Private rates apply for the tourists not in government services! But still very reasonable and cheaper than a budget hotel!

An excellent property on bank of pristine Fatehsagar lake and certainly one of the best circuit house in Country. Balcony of rooms give a breath taking and mesmerizing view of lake during morning and night.Outsourcing of maintainence and housekeeping has a telling effect on upkeep of this property. Rooms are well maintained and airy. Staff is cooperative, prompt and professional. The only issue is of food which has to be pre-ordered and fixed menu. However, eateries are in walking distance and best one is Rajbagh restaurant at a distance of approx 1 km, on bank of lake. Concerned Authorities can think of tie-up with recognized restaurant chain to improve on food part. Stayed from 27-30 March and spent quality time with family. We are taking good memories of this fascinating property and will stay again whenever we visit next to Udaipur.

Only best about this place is view of Fateh Sagar Lake. Situated right at Fateh Sagar Lake. Costly, though it is government circuit house. If you have no option then only I suggest you can spemd a night only. Food and other service are ok. First try other hotels, stay here when all options left. They are renovating the place hope by the year it will be done.

Been to other many circuit houses throughout India, and this one is way expensive and rooms are clumsy and not very neat as compared to the standards at other places.
