A very cute place to hang out for coffee. Small but they have good variety. The outdoor seating is great if the weather is cloudy and cool.We went there twice, tried the hot chocolate, espresso and iced mocha. We didnt try, but they take pride in their shakes! Quite good and reasonably priced. We also tried their Nutella cake and it was soft and yummy, with great texture. Their baked goods are definitely really good.

A bit costly, but cosy and nice place to visit for groups of 2-5 people. Food was ok, shakes were better and board games are also available for entertainment.

Its a place I have seen many times from outside. But this was the first I was seating inside of this cafe which to me looked very small from outside but quite okay when I went inside.So the place Im talking about is Located in Phoenix Mall. It was one of the early outlets to be opened in this mall before it became an food hub. The name of the place is The Cups.Its a cozy place with nice interiors & 2 seating option. One is in the common lawns & one indoors.They serve a variety of items including Sandwiches, Mexican Food, Pizzas, some baked products & both hot & cold beverages.I tried their Cappuccino, Mexican Bhel & Brookie. These were all pure suggestions given to me after a discussion with the owner who are a lovely couple. The Cappuccino was good, the aroma, taste & presentation was nice ( It was Complimentary). The star for me here was their Mexican Bhel, a very light snack but indeed a very tasty one. Crunch bites covered with veggies, sauces & chutneys. The taste, flavour & presentation was all good. Its a must try at this place. Then I had Brookie at last which is a combination of Brownie & Cookie. It was served with hot chocolate sauce on top. The taste was good.Overall, its a clean & hygienic place. Following all necessary COVID precautions.The price I paid for Bhel & Brookie was INR 330.

We love this place..very good food, ambience, music, games, and overall charm of the place. I am fan of thier Italiano pasta l, tandoori paneer pizza ,Maggi & Pan float. Such a beautiful place. They have a lot of baked goods, and an amazing way to present every dish, even the water! The prices are WAY TOO HIGH for the tiny plating they give, thats the obly bad side.

Great ambience, awesome music. Supreme Pizza is a must try. Mexican Bhel was also commendable.I would recommend 10/10.

Reason for only 3 star is the food was not upto the mark. Pasta was too salty. And sandwich was also ok ok !! Rest everything is nice, ambiance is perfect for group meetings, discussions or casual hangouts. White exterior is appealing ❤️ and so the interior is. They do haveva projector to show on a big screen.Good Food with good music 🎶 outdoor is always pleasure, hopefully for the next time 😉

This is a fan place, specifically for me because there Hot Chocolate is the yummiest. And there is no doubt for rest of the menu, it is amazing too.I generally visit for HC that actually makes my mind relax.

Simply superb😍. The KitKat choco coffee and supreme Pizza are yummy. The food is also delicious. The ambiance of the place is beautiful and its a great place to have small meetings or just do your work in peace. A lot of varied options are available and all are delicious. The service is fast and the high prices are justified with the quality they give.

Went there during my trip to Udaipur. Great place! The food is good, the surroundings are awesome the food and the staff is so helpful. I forgot my purse at the cafe and they kept it safe until I got there to collect it. Thank you The Cups for a great experience, will surely come again.The ambience is great. Must try.

We had ordered chocolate fondue and there was supposed to be full portion of marshmallows, instead they replaced half of the portion with little heart biscuits which wasnt even mentioned in the menu. On requesting them twice to replace the biscuits with marshmallows, we were disappointed with their behavior as they didnt replace the biscuits. Never ever visiting the place again.

I visited this cafe for the second time today and I’m really really impressed by their service. The first thing that attracted me here was their ambience and today, for how tasty their food is. Overall, I’ve had their white sauce pasta, exotic nachos, chocolate pizza & brownie with ice-cream and i would recommend each of it to you all. Also, their brownie shake is beyond perfect. Worst place I ever been too just because these people or staff dont have manners how to talk or how to manage things.... They are lacking in hospitality by mis behaving to others.. very disappointing.
