Good collection. Slightly expensive but unique designs

Beautiful product with an amazing story. Not only are they helping women in the region, but they are keeping a craft alive. The amount of work that goes into making each product is incredible. Great price for the quality of work.

Extremely rude customer service!No amount of brand promotion on instagram or other social media platforms will help if you cannot treat customers with respect.

Its a small store tucked away in the lanes of Udaipur. The store had a nice collection of block and indigo print clothes. Some really beautiful clothes in nice pastel and light soothing colours too. However the size options were limited. Quite a few designs only had sizes S and XL. Other than that, it was a nice store. You can find some nice shoes/jootis and a few furnishing items too.

Made the grave mistake of purchasing a top from their stall at Dastkar.The top did not fit my child and after agreeing with them over WhatsApp, I sent the product back.What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Umpteen phone calls and text messages to get back the refund .Not once did the owner,Ms Alka apologise for her lackadaisical response. she had the nerve to say that it was a paltry sum of Rs 450 and that it meant nothing to her.(Must add here that Ms Alka talks 19 to the dozen but does very little to even process a refund of a paltry sum of Rs 450).Heres a label that claims to work with artisans at the grassroot level and yet treats customers with absolute disregard.Unscruplous is the only word that one can think of a brand that loots money from customers. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from Aavaran,Udaipur.
