We had 56 items and the gatekeeper counted the items and there were 2 items in the first attempt then he counted again there were 56 items and then again counted then also there were 56 items. He wouldnt get us through he called someone again and then he counted and there were only 56 items because of the mistake of gatekeeper we had to stop for 30 mins and he didnt listen of us either. Due to this I rated only 2 stars for this. Hope youll see to this situation

Udaipurs one of the best shopping malls. It has all the things from grocery to clothes, from tv to washing machine. We can consider it as a multi purpose mall.It has Trends, groceries, jewellers, Smart home products etc.It is a mall at the center of the city. And a site to be visited once in a life, although there are reliance smart all over india.But since, this one is located in udaipur so its a site for the travellers and tourists too!So,i will recomend you all to visit if youre thinking for visiting a mall which is in the central city.Thank you!

I will never go to reliance it was such a bad experience I got some avacado from there it was raw from. Inside i cut that out n thought I couldnt be raw as reliance never pil raw fruits n vegetables to sell but I only purchased one for Rs.125 nd it was raw and bitter by the taste.. My money is wasted nd I want my money back..

In product availability wise this place is good because you can buy almost all home grocery products.But one this is very problematic that was Billing service.There are many billing counters but only 50% were in operation.You would need to wait almost 15 to 30 minutes for billing.When I visited on billing counter, one system was failed and there were no any IT support to fix that.

It is perfect for your grocery shopping and also for clothing and shoes , the variety of shoes is very less but overall I love this for all things under one roof

Another Flagship of Reliance The Reliance mart recently opened its gate at Sec-11 udaipur.Overall the place houses almost everything you will find everything you need for your day to day life from vegetables to electronics to toiletries. everything is set up in large aisles making your shopping a good experience.The only thing lacking was there costumer service still the people behind the counter are not aware of what all they are selling and also some of the quality products were also missing from the aisle.I hope they maintain the cleanliness standards and price range and train there staff to be a bit better in there bill handling procedures.Overall good place to shop and have a good time.

With this new RELIANCE SMART store, reliance has occupied all 3 important places of the city for retail ... Fatehpura, city central & now sectors.Nice, posh, big & shiny.. This store is huge in size & catering all need od customers.. Grocery, veggies, cosmetics /toiletries, bakery,footwear, cloths, toys, stationary, etc etc...Time will tell the success of the store.. But it isnt too far..

This is the 4th or 5th we are going to reliance mart as we are buying for our staff mess . everytime we buy in large quantity and around 20000 to 25000 they are always be like why your buying these much things talk to our manager then only we can process the bill .this kind of customer treatment is not good for a brand like reliance

While coming out from the store the gate was making noise... They stopped my daughter. Then they realised the paper tag of the jacket was the reason, which we bought from Pantaloons & this brand is not available in reliance store at all. Any way they realise their mistake & allowed us to exit. Though it took us for 2/3 minutes, I felt bad & embarrassed ... its the fault of the reliance store not us. No one said sorry for this incident... insted they asked us to remove the tag of the jacket next time before visiting reliance store (brand prof & washing instructions written on it)... lastly we are very brand concious we never buy clothes from reliance store we buy groceries only. But this experience is forcing me to explore new store & not reliance for sure

Cash counters have less place to separate scanned and unscanned items and things mix up and recounting of items is done again and again. A waste of time unnecessarily after payment has been made.

It was amazing experience to visit Reliance mart. The management was helping us. They were sanitizing our hands before entering the mart. The only problem faced was way to parking was far ahead from main entrance.
