I and my fiancee stayed at this resort for 2 nights 3 days and it was an amazing experience. The resort is palatial. From the rooms to the staff, everything was top notch. The breakfast spread was really good and the taste too was amazing. We even had their lunch buffet and in-room dining but that was average taste-wise (The pasta were good though). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was so good from the welcome staff to restuarant staff and the cleaning staff..so welcoming and trying to make our stay extra special. They sent us a surprise cake as well !!!I would recommend anyone to stay there for your next trip to Udaipur

A very beautiful place to stay, Completely built like a fort and you can have the view of entire Udaipur from the hotel. Newly built and a must stay for a vacation. The staff was very supportive, namely Priyanka, Shikhar, and Ashish. A perfect scenic beauty and gives you feels of an luxury stay.Good and supportive staff, Family time was spent very well.

We have been frequent traveller to udaipur, we chose this property because it was really beautiful particularly the exterior lighting during the night time, secondly it has an amazing location and view.The food spread is good and the restaurant staff was very helpful.The pool was however not operational but was beautiful.The front office staff and house keeping staff was equally courteous.This property has better room size as compared to trident udaipur.

First of all, I would like to say that Aurika Udaipur is a very nice property to stay, situated upon at awesome location, excellent very clean, and hygienic rooms with amazing interiors. everyone must stay while been into Udaipur for leisure, a quite expensive food.But I felt cheated as I have booked a deal for their suite room with plunge pool prior to 5 days of check-in but just 10 mins prior to check in with my family when I about to enter the hotel, team just called and informed me that hotel has canceled the booking without mentioning any reason, and if I want they can shift my booking to any other hotel which I have denied as I was just 5 mins away from the property, so I just reached the hotel and asked for my booking but they have denied for the same. So I have found myself helpless at that movement.But after few mins, their representative came to me and asked that they cant give the suite room as it was posted due to a technical mistake and it costs normally 5-6 times more from the amount upon which I have booked the suite and if I want they can give me a normal room. I was not having any 2nd option that time as I was with my family sitting into the hotel for check-in and at last movement, it would not be possible for me to book any other decent property.But seriously I felt like got cheated, suddenly they have denied for the room due to technical mistake and room unavailability which is not digestible. How it is possible that they were not aware about the booking till 5 days prior to check-in.Seriously disappointed.

Pros:- well-built and placed rooms- clean and well-maintained bathroomsCons:- they have saved on the beds, which is what people come for. Cheap quality mattresses and pillows. Our bed made noise while we sat on it or while changed sides while sleeping. I complained regarding the same and the receptionist said somebody will come immediately. It has been more than 6 hours while I write this review and nobody has bothered to come.- service in the restaurant is extremely poor. Staff is rude and untrained.- there was nobody at the door to receive/guide us upon arrival.- food is exorbitantly expensive and mediocre at the most in taste.- it is evident that the hotel is short-staffed. The management is taking the guests for granted and saving on the staff cost, while charging a bomb on room tariffs and food.There are many better options in Udaipur where you won’t feel cheated. Go for them. DO NOT GO TO AURIKA. IT’S WASTE OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY.

The place and view is perfect but dont expect anything else from the staff and restaurant. Unhygienic food served with hair, oil. And management wont get the issue seriously. I will not suggest this place with your kids. If I had to describe my stay at this most aesthetic property in one word, it would be divine. From scrumptious food to humble staff, from the stunning view to the entire vibe of the place, everything was ten on ten. A special shout out to the most helpful manager, Mr.Kamal singh. At first when you check in they make you feel special by promising some cake or room decor for your special occasion and you all feel thrilled and exited but NOTHING happens after.. They just happily forget what has been said to the customer. We stayed at Aurika for three nights this August. Loved everything they had to offer! So far the best hopsitality experienceThe staff : kitchen, room, help desk all are friendly and helpful. We wanted to have Dal Batti and mentioned the staff during the day and for dinner they surprised us with the dish. Delicious food, less spicy and good varietyThe property: we truely enjoyed the property, it feels like living in a fort. Its a long walk but the view is breathtaking. They offer golf cart services. The rooms are spacious and clean. Since the property is newly made, its modern and equally traditional.

Three types of room as per understandings, normal room with scenic view, terrace room with private terrace and scenic view, suites with private terrace and swimming pool with scenic view.Food variety was good, will get jain food as well.Best time to visit: monsoon-start, winters* to travel within the hotel, they use golf-carts, thats again a fantastic experience.* all premium cosmetic products were provided during your stay.

The property and location are awesome. From top rooms and terrace you felt like you are actually living on a fort.However Lemon tree needs to improve their service quality, such as1. A dedicated room service guy should be at wing, it is so much painful to wait for basic toiletries etc.2. Food quality is okay but need to improve their menu, a small menu breakfast (not of a luxury segment) with repetition in just 3 days feels not worth at all.3. No. of electric carts should be increased.

WORST MANAGEMENT AND STAFF BEHAVIOUR I HAVE SEEN TILL NOW.BUGGY SERVICEThey don’t have enough staff and even it they do, they don’t work. We were skeptical about booking the hotel due to the route from event block to room blocks as it requires buggy/golf cart and you can’t walk till room blocks so we specifically spoke to Mr. Kamal about this concern before booking and were promised that buggies will always be available and the trip to room block and reception block will be made even more convenient for the wedding and guests won’t have to wait, but INSTEAD ALL OUR GUESTS WERE KEPT WAITING FOR AS LONG AS 30 MINUTES which resulted in delay of our functions and created a lot of trouble for us to manage and get things done in time.CHECK-INThe front desk staff is not cordial and despite knowing the well planned arrival time at the hotel, we were not given the rooms till 5PM. Only because they let other guests overstay. They promise that a big event as wedding will be smooth and they’ll do their best to make things easier for hosts instead they do nothing but make excuses. Mr. Vineet and Mr. Sarthak were really rude and disrespectful to the guests.

Attended the hotel for a wedding. Can’t mention even a single thing that was perfect. Inspite of the host spending a bomb, he and the guests were left with a pool of disappointments. The most irritating part was their buggy service to move around the hotel, we were left waiting for 15-20 mins for each travel in scorching heat. The staff was rude and non-considerate. All wedding guests had to atleast wait for 2 hours for check-in and even post that received unclean rooms with soiled towels. They don’t have the concept of room service, no one picks up the damn phone. No qualities of a five star hotel, should be degraded. Hopefully, not many people spoil their special days here.

Ponjon, Bharat and Aditya. I am starting the review with the names because I do not want their names to get lost in the review. These 3 guys define hospitality, service and atithi devo bhav. My experience at the hotel started with a hiccup but Aditya made sure to make it better by giving a room upgrade. Ponjon was their to make all our meals a great experience and Bharat helped us with everything else.Overall its a really beautiful property. You might have stayed in Oberoi and Leela, but this property is different and is definitely worth a try. It gives you a fort-like vibe. The food was really good. The hotel has plethora of services to offer. Overall a genuine 5 star experience.The pictures attached are of Presidential Suite.

Poor transportation service inside the resort. We have to wait atleast for 20mins in any weather condition outside the hotel building to go at Aurika resort restaurant for breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner & to reach at car parking. Fully disappointed with this.

Not a good venue for wedding if you want to insult yourself in front your guest you can do.Please note that not to deal with Mr Kamal and Mr Rajnikant they make promises but dont deliver.Management is so poor top management is not good staff doesnt know how to talk. If you do wedding you will harassed by the management there policy is not good. Standard check in and check out time is not maintain by them. Mr Vinit, Mr Kamalsingh, Mr Rajnikant Shukla & Mr Sarthak this all the hotel staff,the words which were spoken by them during booking and the treatment given during the weeding was total opposite we were totally fed-up with this guys. The behaviour was so rude they started fighting with us. This was the horrible situation for us in front of our guest.

The place is just amazing - almost poetic. Set amidst the mountain range of Udaipur, the property stands like a fort in the wilderness. Every corner of the property is just mesmerizing.Apart from this, the staff is just amazing - very courteous, very helpful, and very accommodating. A special mention goes to the food served. Even with problem of the pandemic, the management maintained all possible safety and hygeine measures and ensured that the guests get served the tastiest food possible. They even catered to special food requests made by us during our stay. The general manager of the property is a very courteous person, and he personally ensured that all guests have a great stay here. All in all, even though, the price is slightly on the higher side, it is worth all the money that you spend here.
