The food is outstanding and the service courteous. The grouse over food and Chutney is unheard of; these folks are eager to replenish. The problem perhaps is that this is a restaurant serving true food. Having grown up in India I can vouch for both the quality and the taste. . It gets a 5 star rating from me because it deserves it. We stayed for 3 days, Hated the service, staff are least interested. On the first day when we asked for ice bucket in room it was free of cost & on second day when we asked again for ice bucket they told us it is chargeable.Secondly there were no towels available on second day after 5 - 6 calls they update us that all the towels are in laundry, so cheap of you, that you dont have towels to provide customer. After almost an hour housekeeping both a new towel. Shower nobs are not working, Pathetic stay.

The place has beautiful interiors with great design! From every small corner to large dinning table everything is just in the right place! Loved all the aesthetic element, paintings and offcourse how could i forget to mention those staircase!! Staircases have always been my favourite part of Design! And the staircase present there! Couldnt keep my eyes off them😍😍 those exposed brick walls, the colour scheme, material selection everything together makes the space very cozy and a must go to place, but i didnt enjoy the quality of food very much!! Thus my four stars are only for the interiors 😁

This place is one of its kind, stands out from the usual Udaipur properties experience. Very thoughtfully made and this place has a history of its own. The food was on point, loved the pizzas, breakfast spread was decent, 1-2 of the options stood out. You feel like youve really entered an Artist space, sitting space, interiors are the best buyers. However the cons can be let gone, there was lack of staff, delayed room service, the washrooms werent fully functional, had to do a lot of communication, which played a spoil sport for some good time. Rooms were fine, but the interiors just buy you completely...Recommended for a days stay!Also Ask for shamsuddin, he was one staff member who was always up just on a call!

Great ambience! Quite noir, well lighted, open. Old theatre has been very well modified.Morning breakfast available. Didnt find many such options Im Udaipur, so this was great.Breakfast spread was not extensive by any measure, and service was slow. Had to prod staff (which seemed short of hands) multiple times for things like refilling bread, tea and stuff. Even to arrange tables.Food was decent.

The hotel is very massive and also the food is very delicious. When you will visit one time you will feel like your own home because the staff also is very cooperative. The staff take care us like their family. I am very happy to stay there

In one word: DISGUSTING!DETAILS:My stay at this hotel was nothing but full of issues. Please dont get fooled by the 4 â­ status. It is not even 2 star by any standard.Issues:1. No water supply from 9 pm until 4:45 am until we had to request the hotel to get it sorted.Despite the complaint, the staff was not apologetic, they were like its ok we will turn the motor on.2. Bathroom fittings of sub-par quality.a. The shower knob came out in my hand as soon as I turned it on.b. the toilet jet once you turn it on, stopping it was a challenge.c. toilet flush required to be used atleast thrice every time you want to successfully flush it.3. Damn smelling beddings/towels.4. Had to call and remind reception at least 2 times to arrange someone for any request as small as to make a payment for my bill.Its a surprisingly poor experience with a hotel that claims 4 star status. Ill never come back to this place.Pretty much everything was poor.

The place is superb with good interior. The property also have comfortable accommodations. Food is good and tasty. The service is also good. DJ is not that much good. Since its a close hall, I expected good air conditioning but it really requires improvement.

The place is abuzz with lotsa entertainment to go along with the lip smacking food their club offers. Our entire group was delighted to have such a lovely place cater to our needs in such a personalized manner. We have promised GM Pradeep to be back with them sometime soon.

Hotel is good but it is good for people who are in party mood because u will be hearing lod DJ in rooms till 11:00 pm to 11:30 pm. So if you are looking for party hotel in Udaipur its good else you should look for another option.

Great Pizzeria and Amazing Salads !!Its a chill out place for weekend brunches and live music and unplugged performances, Its a place where entire family can come and enjoy. One of the only hangouts in Udaipur City. I booed the place for business meeting on weekdays and its very very peaceful in the day and good house roast coffee all day. Has indoor and outdoor seating and open area is for smoking. Its right in the heart near haathipole bazaar a retro cinema hall converted into a bed and breakfast and a nice chill out area in the lower level. Ive sent the rooms and they are economical and very reasonable and have a touch of art in their design. The whole space is aesthetically designed as an art gallery space and visually very spacious to sit and enjoy your evening. The front desk gentleman is very helpful and did assist me with local contacts in Udaipur as well and warm and courteous to the traveller folk that come to hangout and spend their evening. Closes rather early at 11 pm but hey its Udaipur and now there are major restrictions on outlets.

The place is weirdly bad. The foods taste is really bad and over that they will give burnt food, food without sides, without salt, and they will top it up with really really bad and rude service. And when you complain to a senior he will start fighting with you.So, please please save yourself time, money, health and never visit here.While we were there, their sofa broke down hurting the guests. So, like their service and food, their furniture is also worthless.The pizza parlour didnt have any pizza, so we asked if they have veg burgers (they menu had only chicken burger). The waiter went to check if they have veg burger, but he never came back. Somehow we got the burger, the burger was absolutely cold, when we complaint about it, they literally burnt the burger. The pasta was really bad, 15 minutes after serving the pasta they got sides of garlic bread, saying that bread took more time.They dont switch on most of the lights, so the place becomes really shady. Not sure how is it so highly rated.

The place is so beautiful and loves upto its name..Ita serene, green and full of beautiful artwork. The rooms were cosy, clean and the staff was so courteous. It rained heavily on the final day of our trip and the staff really helped us by watching our bags and helping us get to the station!

A mist visit in Udaipur. Lovely food and fantastic service. Our server Shubhankar Ghosh was polite, prompt and provided information about the house specials. The ambience, architecture, art on the walls, seating by the pool and oven baked pizzas were intensely memorable.
