Forgot to mention in my previous review, apart from the bad food the bar and the food menus were in tatters. The scotch tape was barely holding them together. I have seen much better menu at the road side dhabas. I understand that the corona virus has forced the service industry to take cost cutting measures but not like this....it was just too dirty and messy.I hope they take some corrective measures and improve their standards a bit.

It was pleasant experience right from booking at goibibo. The property is on a hilltop with access to some excellent view points. The amenities are absolutely perfect to match expectations of holiday spent. Ambience, courteous behaviour and food worth mentioning. Few aspects need attention: inclusion of non-vegetarian items in breakfast menu (only egg being available), fineness/ cleanliness of balcony and washroom (needs to match overall ambience) & connectivity over internet as signals were poor for in-house Wi-Fi and other regular operators being on top. Otherwise a very well spent resort to recommend.

We had booked it for one night and that too premium king room. We had great expectations by seeing the photos but it wasnt exactly as big. It was a normal room with bathtub. Not great view from our room either. So it was alright and not that great like we expected

3 stars for food , service and exterior that’s it. Really bad lighting in rooms, flush not working properly and they just left out on keeping towels and food items inside room. After complaining on our last day of stay they provided towels, the most basic thing. My mother has knee problem and we asked for a room on ground floor, in that as well they gave a room where she had to go 8-10 stairs from ground floor. Really disappointed.

Dinner is great. Service is not that good and they didn’t cooperate or talk seriously about our request for arranging a place for our 26 people group. We felt like they neglected us and speak little harsh just because a person looked like “gangster”😎🤪 So be careful booking here if you expect good response for your group. However room is spacious and well maintained.But very poor lighting in room and in some of our room there was no hot water and when we called repeatedly they turned off their phone and just ignored us.

Ambience, room space and great hospitality of staffs. Mr. Nasheen from reception and Ms. Anita and her team from Myra restaurant deserves special mention for their great hospitality and warm behavior. The food quality was good and there was great spread of choice both at breakfast and dinner. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Will stay again in next visit.

It was not the same Ramada hospitality that one would expect. It was evident that COVID had an effect on this property too. Though the landscaping was maintained, it was not the same for rooms. There was typical smell lingering in the air, probably from the air conditioning duct, the basin had a foul smell emitting too.Overall, it was good but not a pleasant stay. I have stayed in the same property earlier too and it was a very warm and pleasant experience unlike this time.But we did get an upgrade from the Manager and we are thankful to him for the offer. We dined once and the food was nice. The breakfast was OK.

We recently stayed at Ramada and didnt like it. The service was very slow for every request we had wait for quite a long time.The property from exterior was amazing but the rooms were not properly maintained taking into consideration the price of the property we stayed in the suite and a premium room. The premium room was stinking a bit. The lunch was not upto the mark very less spread. The breakfast was really nice quite a lot of options were there. We used the private pool which was not cleaned there were some insects and was filthy.Ramesh from the reservation team was helpful at the time of booking.

Bathroom flush is not working on our arrival ( means they give room without proper checking).The repair take 2 hours which spoils our plan.They said to arrange folk dance ,music show, free head and feet massage, but they didnt arrange it.TV is not working at 10pm and they have no answers.reception staff doesnt know anything.only food is good.one important thing is they allowed marriage ceremony.During that period they ignore guests like anything so please ensure before going that there is no wedding.

The food was extremely bad but the service and the staff was great I tried the blueberry baked yogurt dessert it was extremely disappointing and the food was average extremely overpriced for the food that they give.

Excellent place to plan enjoyment. I went here during one of my office parties. Clean well maintained place, well behaved staff, nice location away from city chaos, good food. The place is even more beautiful during rainy season. Swimming/outdoor activities can be planned. Definitely recommend.

Amazing. You can get multiple luxury services from one bucket. Hotel Theme is like Padmavat movie set. Staff @ room services , restaurant and reception are very helpful and co-operative.Property is located just near city centre. All 5 star rated hotels are nearby.The rooms are very clean , great hygiene and good precautions taken during covid times.

IF WE TALK ABOUT COUNT, I LITERALLY MISSED IT AFTER 23. IF RAMADA CATEGORISES ITSELF IN 3 OR 4 OR 5 STAR, I GUESS THEY SHOULD CONSIDER THEMSELVES A GUEST HOUSE COZ OYO IS SURELY GIVING THEM A TIGHT COMPETITION CONSIDERING THOUSANDS THAT RAMADA CHARGES.TO END IT ALL, PLEASE SLEEP IN UR CAR IF U JUST PLANNING TO STAY IN RAMADA OVERNIGHT, ATLEAST U WILL HAVE HAPPY MEMORIES.AND YES, I HAVE EVIDENCE PROVING MY WORDS

Stay and service were descent. Food was not upto the mark except breakfast which was good . Sometimes service was also not much responsive. There are also not much indoor games available here. The rooms were good .

Very nice experience with Ramada, udaipur. It is situated between Sajjangadh fort and Fateh sagar lake. So, its a prime location to stay. Food was not so excellent, but it was quite good enough. Facilities, amenities and services were best in class. And especially, Super delux rooms balcony view was amazing.

Stayed at Ramada Udaipur with family and friends. Very spacious and nice property with lot of open space and ample area to spend quality time. Check in was very smooth courtesy Ms Sarabjit She took pains to make us comfortable and explain details about the property. There was a minor issue wrt Twin beds instead of King bed for a couple with children. Same resolved promptly by the duty manager. Overall a very nice experience....keep it up

One word in which I can summarize our experience at Ramada- Impeccable! We stayed at Suite 131 for 4 days and it was Huge(eee). From food, hospitality, room service to housekeeping, entertainment and warmth, Ramada delivers the best of everything. The staff was more than happy to accommodate every thing we requested for, with smiling faces. My two year old toddler was elated to be here and had nonstop fun at the kids club, pool and evening activities. He loved the food and the staff catered to all our choices from providing haldi milk to french toast for dinner. The architecture is beautiful, the place looks majestic and is a treat for eyes in the evenings. Having lived and travelled abroad, I can say I have had my fair share of stay at luxury resorts across the world, What Ramada delivers is a high-end experience, in a very attractive price point. Not an opportunity to be missed!

In a medical emergency, the desk manager, Devendra did not allow a staff assistant to accompany us to the hospital( which was required and also requested by us)- he denied it outrightly. This should have been the priority for any good and responsible Hotelier. Ramada failed at this. A medical emergency is an emergency and dilly rallying and outrightly denying is the last thing one can expect from a desk manager !

The pool was good, the gardens and lawns were pretty and green. A good arrangements for carrom, badminton and foosball. Even table tennis was arranged but the ball was lost and despite asking for 2-3 times, there was no replacment for a ball. They offered archery which was pretty good too, the person assisting was very helpful. The evening games were organized well too. Rest of the services were great. The rooms were a little old and dirty but great bathrooms.Now comes the best part, the food. Most of the items were delicious and fresh. A huge variety, most memorable part of the stay. We stayed in Raddison Udaipur before and the buffet was way better at Ramada unlike the rooms.

Hotel rooms were good with scope for improvement...staff was excellent in their services.We had dinner and breakfast in our 1 day stay and food was superb!!Almost every item that we ate tasted very good.Hotel surroundings are excellent with Superb view of city from one side and Sajjan garh fort from another side. All in all, we had a very good stay and would like to visit again.Excellent food and staff services were amazing.Very good veiws from the hotelKids enjoyed their time in pool, playing area and jacuzzi.

Service at peak time are Worsley managed. You cant expect them to provide you towel on time😑. Rooms are not quite old and smells bad. Kids playing area is way too small and dirty. Dont check-in in peak season.

The staff at ramada displayed complete unprofessionalism. Ramada at other cities is far more organised. The staff and management never responded to our need immediately. All the sports equipments were in bad condition. The staff was low so could not served the guests properly. Reception staff never talked politely. We were not allotted our room on proper check in time.

We stayed at Ramada from 8-10 July’21.I’m writing my honest review.-We booked for 3 premium rooms but during checkin we got 1 deluxe type room and 2 premium type.-Sagarika at the reception wasn’t much helpful to us rather rude. Checkin took 2 hrs which ruined our plans.-If you compare this to other Ramada property than please don’t. This is surely not treated like a 5 star property.-when we checkin we found that even mopping wasn’t done well. We have to request them to do it well.-TV also wasn’t working and had to call them to enable it and it took longer than ever.-Spa service was average. Only 2 person manages the spa reception and service both.-Food and particularly breakfast was good.-Manager Mrunal was helpful to resolve our problems there. Really appreciate his efforts.Overall it’s an average property.I think they operate is very less staff due to COVID so that may be the reason for service issues. Only food good and the location were good. The Sajjangarh view was really fantastic.If you are booking premium than book the Sajjangarh view room from balcony.To me overall it doesn’t looks like 10k per night properly.-Nirmal

It was good stay at Ramada. The hotel staff is very courteous. Food is awesome. You have small magician show at dinner table in evening. There is an activity for kids at 6:30 pm and cultural folk dance at 7:30 pm. The pool side view is refreshing. Place is located on hills so it adds extra beauty to it. Morning and evening views are eye pleasant. Kids garden needs some maintenance and replacement of some equipments. Overall very happy stay with my family.

It can definitely be better for the price it offers. Below are detailed pros and cons:Pros: clean and fairly spacious rooms. The food at myra is very good and the over all hotel ambience is peaceful and beautiful.The souvenir shop unlike other 5 start hotels is very fairly priced. Good quality and reasonable rates. Some of the rates were lesser than local shops. Please check the rates , compare and buy.The hotel staff are very very good and helpful.Cons: Archery is expensive. The pool is not temperature controlled. If you are coming here to use the place just as a stay but roam around in the city, its good (if you are comfortable with the price)However, we came to stay only in the resort for 1 day after travelling in the city staying at a low cost hotel. We did not get the relaxing experience we thought bee would. It not as beautiful as it is shown in the website video. It is around hills but also near to the city and not isolated. It is surely beautiful but dont expect anything breathtaking. Also, we dont get any free goodies here! As in no chocolates, snacks etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Food was delicious.. We enjoyed Spa there and Jacuzzi after that.. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Ramada.. We visited in Mid Sept and had only one issue many people were moving around there without mask and even during buffet they had lot of people at a time.. So if we look at Covid-19 point of view that was one issue other than that it was awesome...

First of all i checked in, i had my room booked particularly they gave me deluxe room nd i booked a permium one than after telling they changed staff is really cooperative especially dinesh sir he is great staff , overall good just make sure i get good neighbors as we couldn’t sleep at night bcous of loud voice i did complain the staff but guest were rude !

Great property and experience, only buffet is there drawback as they dont have much options for Non- vegetarians. The taste is also average, rest some stuffs are repeated on a daily basis. Do shop from there in house store as its quite reasonable and the person running it is also a good human being. Refreshing view and location.

Ramada udaipur is a lakeview resort in Udaipur. View of lake pichola and Aravali hills is mind blowing. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools with spa and saloon. There is no compromise in service and quality. The quality of food is best ❤️. Well maintained and tidy rooms with 24*7 housekeeping services. Proper sanitization is done at the time of check-in. Best resort for photogenic peeps, lots of parking space. Lot of good experience 😊

The food at the resort is amazing with great choices and taste. Though will not recommend staying at the property because I have had a very bad experience with the rooms. The basin top in the washroom was broken and when I asked them to change my room they refused to do it. At 8 o’clock in the morning there was construction work going on which created a lot of noise.

Its a amazing place!! We were there at lockdown so at that time we cant enjoy other places of udaipur . We stayed in that resort for 3 days.that 3 days were amazing just go and try it is one of best resort in udaipur.Not only resort but the restaurant is also good food was amazing! This is my best trip. That manager and all other staff also very helpful . No argument

The architecture and build of the resort is great but almost everything else feels cheap in comparison to other 5 star hotels. The bathtub leaked thoroughly through the drain all over, foosball , tt and other stuff, looked like they were brought here with the birth of the hotel and never given a second look ever again. There are many other 5 star hotels in the area, be wary.

The property is really good, but the rooms that we stayed in lacked maitainence.The service was good, the food was good. The view is great. The location is not good if you plan to stroll outside the hotel.

The hotel is very well built... The structure, architecture and layout are impressive. But we were not given a good room. It seemed the room had been used recently and not cleaned properly later. There were wrappers in the bin. But the food is very good. Very few five stars provide authentic local cuisine. Buffet spread had variety and taste. Restaurant staff is also very courteous specially sanjina. She is a very good staff

Great staff in the restaurant and housekeeping department. Food was pretty good as well. The front office and reception staff was quite rude while talking and kept denying requests. Kept having to go back and forth from the garden area to reception area since different staffs had different opinions of where to get the playing equipment. Hotel room was great but none of the rooms below the premium suite( which is the most expensive room in the resort) had bathtubs which according to me has become a pretty important thing. Great sanitization and social distancing was maintained everywhere. Towels in the bathroom felt a bit cheap and not like the premium thick ones. The kettle in my room wasnt working either. Overall it wasnt the best trip but still enjoyed a lot since there was a big garden at the back where we spent most of the time. Reducing 1 star for the front office staff behavior since they are the first thing we see when we enter. Loss of another star because of the Room issues.

Very nice resort with attached balcony with every room. Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options.Didnt order anything from in room dining so no idea about that. Swimming pool was well maintained.

Situated on an arid secluded hillock, the architecture is a failed attempt to give a look like a fortress, but looks more like a haunted haveli, a departure from the white city look of Udaipur.PROS: Ground staff was extremely courteous and hard working.CONS:1. Far from clean. Room full of dust, probably no quality check before check-in of guests. (See pics)2. Even at 43 degrees, room not cooled just before guest arrival.3. Service was at times excellent, at times good, at times average and at times very poor.4. Food quality and spread is just average. Cutlery not cleaned properly. No cutlery on table. No table linen in fine dining.5. Even at 43 degrees temperature, guests were being served normal water on silly excuse. Water not chilled. When ice was ordered, it seemed old frozen, not fresh. (Covid doesnt spread by cold water) Even the dining area wasnt at right cooling temperature, despite requesting twice.6. Welcome drinks and drinks served elsewhere tasted aweful, even the service staff realised this.7. There is a general ban on loud music and DJs after 10 or probably 11 am, but afaik not on sweet light and subtle instrumental music. Dead silence after 11, shocking !8. And above all the courteousness of the Manager Mr Vivek .... He probably thinks he is the OWNER of the property ... shouts and misbehaves with the guests ... My facemask had fallen somewhere (lost) and I was walking down to my car (I had bought 10, N95 masks for the occasion and kept in my car), when suddenly the manager Mr Vivek along with Security Incharge Mr Thapa, started reprimanding me. Instead of helping me out, he started shouting on me very rudely, which does not solve the problem at hand. Shocking!!!! This eerie behaviour needs to be reported to higher management, which tarnishes the brand RAMADA.

Especially Mr.Dev, Ms. Sajina and other staff in restaurant are so polite to serve the meal. We had a great experience in Spa with Ms.Jyoti. Infrastructure wise property is very good. Hospitality wise there is a serious requirement of change in training of the team. Everything is process driven with no thought around hospitality bit. Overall its a okay experience

I dont like the rooms there . The place looks beautiful in the day but give horror vibes at the night.The resort gives kind of a loner vibe. If you are looking for some lively vibes in the city then try the hotels near fateh sagar and old city. The restaurant there also serve okayish food which is actually over priced.

Awesome location and views from hotel! Consider spending time at hotel rather than site seeing if you are a frequent Udaipur visitor! My 1.5 year old daughter was delighted here! They also helped us manage food for her!

Nice ambience and service is ok

Pros - Optimistically, let us start from the positives:- Location, room space, view.- Food quality and portions.Cons - I never expected such service flows in a RAMADA.- Room service staff is prompt only for one thing, collection after food. You put Do Not Disturb tag or not, it does not matter, they will keep calling or ringing door bell.- On the contrary, while asking for some nominal service, such promptness fade away.- Example - 1 - While check in we found that mini bar was empty. Asked reception, the lady replied, Sir do you want anything from it ? Shocked to receive such reply, I asked to at least give me the price menu which arrived immediately. Asked that guy if he can fill the minibar. He agreed to do immediately and NEVER returned during our two days stay.- Example - 2 - Required extra blanket, called at 11:45pm, 12:05am and 12:15am. Finally it arrived at 12:20am. YES, three reminders only for an extra blanket. That too, you receive response from reception Sir I have already ordered the staff to deliver (indirectly saying my duty is over) !!!!!- Example - 3 - We found that Hot Water was not coming (in a room worth 7k per day)! Complained at 12:30pm, reminded at 2:00pm, unfortunately it could not get fixed till 6:00pm. Finally when we were back at 9:00pm it was working.- Example - 4 - Room cleaning quality (be careful while travelling with kids as it may make them ill), cleaned only rooms that too partially. bathrooms were not cleaned. Took old towels but did not provide new towels. Had to ask for the same again. (SEE PHOTO)Also please do not give the water to your kids from the bottle provided by hotel. These bottles seem packed locally. It does not contain any basic information also. My 3 year old kid suffered loose motion. Luckily, we managed to reach our home before situation could further worsen. (SEE PHOTO)To summarize, one person spends his/her money to refresh, rest and enjoy in such premium property and not go there to find their mistakes and remind them to correct every now and then. You get tired after sometimes and leave as it is.Lastly, garden in the afternoon was filled with fire smoke leaving the balcony with fire ash and heavy smoke!!!!! (SEE PHOTO)UPDATE - Rather improving the service or taking any concrete correction steps, generic replied are given stating trust to see you again.!!!!!!!! Seriously ??????Do you expect any customer to return again to your property after giving such torturing services ?????

The rooms are not worth even the premium ones. Awful smell in washrooms. Even the dustbins are dirty. They mainly entertain gujaratis and dont give a damn to Punjabis. Restaurant is good. Delicious food. Staff is very co-operative especially Shambhavi. She is very quick at service and greets with a smile.

Had a fun filled and fabulous experiences with family. We had booked 5 rooms and all meal inclusive package. Hotel provided all the amenities and it was super fun to go out of station after the Covid impact had us stuck at our homes.

This is an old property so it looks very heritage kind. Photography wise the property is quite appropriate. The hospitality is nice. Food spread was awesome. Rooms are spacious and with many amenities. The property provides each and every facility that a 5 star must provide but, as I stated earlier it is an old property so it needs lots of maintenance and renovation. They organize various events for the guests in the evening time. They have two pools in the property, a main pool which ther in one of the pics and one on the 2nd floor along with Jacuzzi. Overall the property is very nice.

Perfect place to stay in Udaipur. Is surrounded by Aravali Mountain Range and The Fort of Sambhalgarh is clearly visible from here. Rooms and Hospitality are par excellence.

Rooms are soooo bad and the prices of rooms are sooo expensive ..food is also ok ok and they charge heavily on the food items ..

It was very poor. Worst experience. I planned a trip with my friends but both of us were very disappointed. They used the same spoon for non veg and vegetarian food. The whole place was stinking like a macchi bazaar.Even the staff was sick. They didnt even bothered to listen to us. Please dont waste your money in this hotel.

Nice place and very warmly welcoming staff...the locations is somewhat hard to find but when at the resort you can enjoy serene and scenic beauty of the hills from the reaort.the cleanliness was well maintained. The best view was of sajjangardh which was mesmerizing fromthe room (premium). The food was also very nice and the staff at the restaurant were very helpfull. Njoyedthe stay
