You cant afford to be there having your dinner at night after 10 pm if you dont have your personal vehicle because no OLA UBER RAPIDO facility is available at this time as this place is located in outer isolated kind of area.I booked my ride at 10 pm but it was cancelled by the rider in every app as no one was ready to come there during night hours.Food and arrangements are good.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the market. very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of udaipur. If someone wants to visit the temple then they could directly walk down along the side path and reach the temple within 10 minutes.Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. Next day our bus was at 7pm so we left for jaipur city but could not found any good place to visit around. Luckily we met lokesh Resort and Spa, He briefed us about few places but those were not as attractive so we decided to go back and chill at the historicplace. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to that place and we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.Show less

Booked this property based on recommendation of trip advisor and yatra. We booked two rooms for our family at udaipur and also the prices we paid for this booking was not cheap.The experience is really awful. Rooms are used and leftout liquor glasses lying in the rooms. The hotel even dont have the bar licience the Liquor is allowed to be served in the rooms. Great administration!!Even COVID protocol os not followed. No masks are required no sanitisers no social distancing. Nothing.Also the room was not cleaned at the time of check-in even the bedsheets are dirty.Late evening when we returned from site seeing, the power supply of the room went off. Then the TV was not working. Had to call the staff and house keeping again and again.The staff at the property is ill behaved they dont have any respect for the guests. When complained to the person on night duty Mr.Lokesh, he responded very badly as if we are using the property out of charity. Then, we had to ask for the number of the hotel manager. We thought that he might have some courtesy for the problems faced by the guests.Big mistake by us!!That fellow Mr.Bhupender Singh was hell mannered kind of fellow. Well deserved to be boss of this kind of ill behaved staff. The manager also doesnt have any respect for the guests and above all He even threatened us to check out at 11:00 pm at night knowing that the city is under lockdown from night 11 till 5 morning and we are family outsiders.We want our booking money back and firmly say that this is the Worst experience we had made to book this property. This property is not worth of a single penny, not worth staying even if offed free.We will never book this property again in future nor will recommend any one to book this property.

The place and the ambience is good. A very big property where you can click good pictures but was not satisfied with service..it was very late that we almost decided to leave. But it arrived and tasted fine.

Just one word. Excellent. Right from place to ambience to service and food, everything is superb. Resort is surrounded by lush green mountains in midst of city. Just 5 minutes away from fateh sagar lake yet so much peaceful place. No disturbance of outside world. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Property is very well maintained and curated with little details. Food quality is good, slightly on higher price but its totally worth it. Staff is very helpful and polite. During our stay, they even upgraded our room and also given us one extra room to use when needed.I can go on for good things to write but trust me, this is one of the best place to stay in monsoon.

Bad quality of managing staff specially the managing team was so rude and they dont even want to hear complaints of their clients. Just dont visit or else you will waste your hard earned money.

Superb place. Visited & stayed there for a friends wedding, the campus is 👌, the staff is super courteous & really quick to help out with anything. Really spacious & clean rooms & overall a very much recommended place to stay & also organize functions or to just have a lovely work from resort experience. PS: somehow the wifi only works in the open areas & outside the rooms 🙁. Might add some photographs later.

This property is located just 5 minutes away from Fateh Sagar. And on a small hill. The view is fantastic. What we really loved was that such a great location and atmosphere was coupled with good staff and service and excellent rooms. The food was also really nice. Kindly checkout the backdrop view in photos. It is amazing on a chilly winter morning and a sutta in hand on the balcony. An absolutely gem of a place for the rates they are charging. Highly recommended.

Its beautiful Resort in Udaipur its royal interrior design have huge spacious rooms with modern fittings in washrooms,have nice restaurant with great food,huge lawn for big events ideal place for marriage and events, Resort is surrounded by Nature garden,have ample space for parking value for money will visit again.

Tent room was looking good but the bathroom was in worst condition. A lot of plumbing was needed to get it fixed. In dinner buffet, only fish curry was there in non veg we cant switch to chicken.

We stay in park exotica for four days in second week of October 2020. Excellent place to stay. Service and food are very nice. Mr Harkishansigh Manager is very cooperative person. He take care ofguests in this covid situation. I once again say thanks to Harkishansigh. All the staff are good.

It was my first visit to Park Exotica resort in Feb 2018 which is also known as RJ 27 resort in Udaipur Rajasthan as well. Location of this resort like it is in the mountain. We feel like to live in our own home in the forest. Furniture of the room, dining table, and other things are like unique. Also, the garden maintained well with the different design and heaven smell from flowers. If I am talking about the food which is also fabulous. The resort is fully covered oldest things as well as to do like photography of complete nature. The staff of Park Exotica resort is well trained for guest and very supportive of any kind of help or inquiry. Gaming zone also available in the resort if you feel tired in Room for more than 4hour. You can play Pool, Badminton, cricket, chess and many more. When we walking in the resort street we heard very soft music which is maintained by their management staff. In the night session, the resort atmosphere totally different compared to a whole day, I felt like heaven when I entered after 8 pm in night in the resort. So overall I can say it was my first and unforgettable time I spent in this resort which was meant for me.

Bad service and bd foods

Great resort to chill with family and friends. Superb cottages and pool. Space to relax. Food is very good. Staff is helpful and you get the privacy you deserve. It is very cost effective and value for money place. You will just feel the lack of markets nearby. But you can easily get OLA cabs to take you anywhere.

In my recent visit to udaipur, i stayed in this resort and i can say that this is One of the best hotel for the people who love peace.. Very peaceful atmosphere and also service is good. First, the good part. The place is big and has functional pool. Rooms are big in size. The whole setup is of individual ground plus one floor houses situated at some distance from one another. In one house you will get 4 rooms. Very quite and calm place.Now, the cons. There is no room service. One of our room was having smoke smell. Must be from previous occupant. They were unable to resolve it not able to change the room. Food is okay. I would suggest to have it out in city. Food charges are high.

Customer Service is the last thing that come to their mind.Right from Checkin process where staff would not let you know whether they have rooms available or not and make you wait for hours.At breakfast, their vessels plates, glasses are not clean.Will give you a feeling as if you are sitting in a fish market.When you pass the feedback for the same to the reception..they would upfront tell you..Its okay !! we are fine with it.Have never seen such a cold behavior at any hotel .

Property is situated away from the city. If you prefer calm atmosphere then this place is good for you. Food is of good quality.Property is old and not very well maintained. Beds make a creeking sound, there are frogs inside the room, pool table and TT table broken/under maintenance. Gym is not ventilated. Cable TV dishes out only Hindi channels. No WiFi in the rooms. Vodafone signal is bad.

Its a nice resort with clean rooms and tasty food served. Its nearby Shilpgram and Fateh sagar lake.

Very bad service. We were put in regular room even though we paid for Royal Villa. After we notified them, they changed it and then put us in a bigger room. In the bigger room the washroom equipment was not working. Only the restaurant was good.

Its a cost-effective place to relax. The food is good, but the room service is average. The showers dont work. The only indoor game available is table tennis.
