Stay was ok. Booked business class room. Food order inside the room was tasty and quality was also enough for two. But next day morning I had buffet breakfast in their restaurant on 3rd floor. Choice of items was less. Taste needs to be improved.Staff is polite and helpful. Got some issue with the room interior, but duty manager got it resolved.Price is normal as per other 4 star hotel.

The stay at Radisson Udaipur was amazing. The amenities included swimming pool, bar and buffet. The hotel premises are absolutely fun to roam around. A lot of tourist places in Udaipur are near to this place so you can surely book it for your stay.The rooms are large and very comfortable to live in along with prompt service. The staff was very professional and helping us whenever we needed them.Last but not the least there isnt any reason to choose something else if you come Udaipur.Thank you so much Radisson:)

This property is located at beautiful lake view location. Views are amazing from the room and from the lobby. Food was delicious. Rooms Re clean and spacious. Gym also very well equipped. Gave one star less due to some issues we faced.Tea kettle was not working and we have to ask them multiple times to replace it, same goes for room cleaning. Sometimes we have to call multiple times to remind for the service.

In my entire life, this hotel is decent. Especially the staff and management. They were so decent and nice to everyone and their vocabulary was also so good. The way of interacting with every single customer was so praising. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I also want to thank to management and staff.

Staff was well trained and polite. Room service was to the point. Rooms even the basic ones are good enough to provide a luxurious stay. But there was no hairdryer available even though it’s mentioned on their website. View from the rooms was amazing !! The only drawback was their buffet which served the same dishes except 2-3 changes everyday. We stayed for 4 days and breakfast was the same except 2-3 dishes. Do not opt for dinner buffet here, they give very limited options. Pool was well maintained and hygienic. Overall a great place to stay and easily accessible from all main tourist spots.Also we asked for one particular dish on request and the chef was considerate enough to prepare it for us especially so overall great service.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

The food is not good at all. Waste of money in terms of food. Breakfast as well as dinner were not good. Everyday in the morning there was power cut for 10 minutes or so. Front office staff not cooperative and once coming to Udaipur kindly avoid such hotels unless you are on business trip. Parking also pathetic. Water dropping in front of lifts and room also very average for such price.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this resort. We have always been pleased with the rooms, service and friendly atmosphere. The renovations of the lobby, restaurant and bar area are stunning. The decor although modern blends well with the older section of the hotel and has made the lobby a welcoming, relaxing place for drinks and dining. It seems to now be a very popular place for locals as well as tourists. We usually opt for an oceanfront room. Our plans are to return as often as possible.

We booked here because of the brand name. Firstly, we couldn’t reach them at all before we reached Udaipur. It is a highly underwhelming property with bare minimum access to local transport. Second, the staff is quite untrained. Overall the only saving grace was that it was sanitary to stay in and the room size was big.

Several reasons of it being poor -1. COVID protocols not followed2. Dirty linen & towels3. Broken sofa in room4. No latch on door5. Safe lockers not working6. Mini bar fridge was not working7. Door stopper broken and screw coming out which hurt my child8. No brushes , shaving kit provided . Had to ask for it .

The stay was good and comfortable. The hotel is at the Center of the city. Staffs (reception, house keeping, restaurant) behaviour is really nice, polite, and always helpful.Few things which can be improved and are responsibilities of management a) the bathroom fittings (they have got so much stains and salts on it b) sofa needs to be cleaned properly as lots of stains marks on it.

Reception will not pickup the Room Call in the first 2-3 attempts. You will have to try many times. Food in Room prices are very high, better you order from Zomato and get delivery at Hotel. Hello! We came from Jaipur @ Hilton on 14th Aug. When we were checking, there was another fellow complaining and we were worried. But everything proved wrong. We had a Wonderful stay. Great room, view and overall house keeping b/f all Excellent. The staff also very cooperative. Thank U for making our stay a memorable one.

It was a good experience overall, however the room and dining services can be improved. Also, the food spread is too less for the money charged, it would be recommended to increase the spread. Although the food taste is good and quality is also good.

My mother and I were spending a couple of days celebrating her 82nd birthday and it was wonderful. Everyone at the King and Prince was just lovely to her. We made special memories. As always, thank you. What a beautiful environment you get to work in every day….the island, the hotel, and people all make it so very special.

An average hotel at best:Location isnt great for tourism.Mini fridges dont work in any room.Hot water isnt really hot (lukewarm at the max).The parking isnt good. Have to park under the sun on a dirt road.Reception doesnt answer the phone some times.Breakfast spreas is just okay. Not the kind you expect for this price.There was a bulb missing in the room.The WiFi network was slow.The corridor was stinking.The staff was extremely polite however and service was prompt and great.
