Cheap, clean place with good food, mostly vegan. Its not a rooftop or a closed room, just a terrace one story over the street, so it is noisy. But the food itself has very good value for the price.

Very slow service.The food was good, but it was very slow. We waited 55 minutes for our food. When we told the employee that we were dissatisfied with the time it took to make the food, he just said oh, its Holi, so I am alone.So, if you are here during Holi, it is probably best to avoid eating here if you do not want to wait a long time for your food.

We went to the Cool Café to watch the James Bond movie and to eat. However we did not know that the speciality was Thali, and it was not on the menu either. So we ordered regular food from the menu and wondered why all the other customers had their food way before us. After 90 minutes we started asking and were constantly told just 5 minutes so after another 20 minutes we lost our patience, paid for the drinks and left. Due to the traffic outside you couldnt understand a word of the movie anyway. The owner apologized however we left late and hungry.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Waited nearly an hour for a small thali, and a tasteless and measly portion of paneer bhurji. Complained at the end of the meal, and were told an excuse about the lack of staff. Not really our problem. Do not recommend.

Tried the vegetarian thali here. The food was great and the preparation was authentic Rajasthani.

We stayed in udaipur for 4 nights and tried a new restaurant for every meal (sun n moon rooftop, neelam, healthy cafe) to name a few and found the food to be average in all of them. Until we stumbled across this hidden gem! The owners are so friendly and the food WOW!! We came for 4 meals in a row 😍 MUST MUST MUST EAT HERE !!

Please go here! Restaurant has has a very extensive menu with low prices (its really cheap) and amazing food and is run by a very friendly family. We came back here every day, sometimes twice!

I would not go back, we went on recommendation but we did not like the food, the worst fries we have ever tasted, they came raw and swam in fat all soft, not fried or crispy. The rest is not rescued, only the treatment that was friendly and kind.
