Staffs are very humble ,resptive and very friendly.Found enough collections and importantly , they issue a certification on gold quality and weight which makes me to trust and revisit.Felt uncomfortable on the monthly investment scheme but i still opted to it becasue of TATAs honesty. Its looks like Tanshq is trying to keep in touch with the customer but i would say we do visit Tanishq even though we not enrolling on monthly scheme, Its quite sad.The staff asked me to wait for few minutes before the billing as the market rate was fluctuating and it helped me to save 4k. Its very rare to see these kind of staffs hats off for hiring resources with such a customer friendly qualification.

Went yesterday , my intention was to buy 2 coins for investment. My wife recommended it,though she heard it from others. Got the Money and went there. They suggested me to enroll me to savings scheme . Sales person also told me how i lose money in buying coins. He told me there is 7% charges for Dyeing. But the calculation shows it is 8%, when asked he said it is 7.5% , so he rounded off to 8%.If we enroll to that savings scheme,there will not be 7% charges . Gold rate is 2,500 is higher than others for a soverign. Essentially , if you are buying coin you are paying around 5000 extra. Hospitality is very good, it is very good for highly rich people , who ocassionaly wear jewels , but for others not sure
