For parcel facilities good place

I took the bus from tirupur to bangalore.Bus was a little delayed but nothing mattered once I saw the bus.1.Neatly kept and very spacious.2.Also was very impressed to see working charging ports, which has dissapointed me in other buses.3.Last but not the least, Youll also have full blast AC.. so freeze! :)

In Kangeyam they have no office..They put Kangeyam parcels in ARC parcel office..In ARC parcel office they collect additionally 100 rs for every parcel... This is not fair..

An average bus service. They can work on their punctuality and upkeep of the bus interiors.. we understand the buses runs round the clock but atleast the covers and sheets needs to be replaced before every ride instead of just alternatively using soiled sheets and covers

Customer service bad

Administration is not good.Behaviour is like After payments no respect for customers.No cleanliness, insects are roaming happily. Very late drop. Instead of 9 O clock they dropped at 11pm. In this time for a female passenger very unsafe. But it took extra 1 hour to get bus to my home. It means instead 8 hours i spent 12 hours to reach..No proper response and no improvement on delay driving... Drivers are very lazy

I booked my ticket from tiruppur to chennai on 22 03 2020 bus is been canceled but my cash was not return back till now return back me as much as possible

Lot of scope to improve bus quality and customer service. Need more value addition. Time to move on from old monopoly mood.

Easily accessible location. Lots of open space with Very small waiting room. Rest room/ Toilet is the worst one. I think its for their porters. Main boarding office in Tirupur with 10 -15 services daily should have a good rest room.

These are one of the best travels from the year of 2000.i have travelled more than 10 times it is good.

Plan changing bus not fixed two busses connect one bus. So time delayed. Now i come happy but now worried about this

It is known for name and safety. I used to pick this bus always to travel home to work place. This is located in easy access able location. With parking and waiting hall.

Very slow process in parcel delivery desk, lady in delivery desk searching character in keyboard, no printer to print receipt, so again time waste to write .In between personal talks also going on. but vice versa in delivery area.

Very Good Service. Parcel on time delivery. I have small request to KPN than u guys charging Rs.160/- for carton (size 60 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm) with 12kg. As well as u guys charging same price for 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm weight of only 3 kg. So, am requesting to you all please consider the price for small parcel. Rest of all very Good. If v calling to Mr. Gopalsamy General Manager, for any problem, He will attend our calls with in a min and following until settle the problems with help of his staff. (Its happens 11:50 PM). Thanks Mr. Gopal Anna.

Poor infrastructure of the place even after being one of the most popular travellers of the region.Generally services are good and on time. But thinks can get delayed for wierd reasons. On Board staff is generally rude and talks in poor tone

Visited there to take bus from Tirupur to Chennai.Main area with a vast open space to park their bus.Main concern is that the bus started and kept on running which will create noise and so much pollution while we are sitting at their open bay.Which is annoying and not good for health.Other than that kpn travels is good.

Horrible travel when I came from Tiruppur to Chennai in a multi axle sleeper... It was not a proper Volvo, benz or scania.... Better go for a semi sleeper option in multi axle Volvo or Benzene in KPN... KPN must avoid this kind of faults

The bus is worst in quality as bcoz it is dripping inside the bus when there is Rain.. The bus cleaner asking to change the seat from middle row to back last seat row.. And sadly there also raining inside the bus. And sadly the bus is AC Volvo... KPN, u have to improve a lot compared to present competitor. Worst bus. Pollachi to Bangalore. Bus number 9991

Worst travels for everyone. 1 hour late pick up. 3 hours late drop. Dropping ladiesat mid night. It is not safe for ladies atall to travel in KPN. Cockroaches will be your neighbor, and smell will be your freshener though it is A/C coach never expect cleanliness..... too many bus changes .. first from Salem to Avinashi, then avinashi by pass to tirupur KPN office... please never book this bus....Admin and managers,You guys are not even reading and rectifying our complaints.Drivers dont have proper answer for our questions..If you reach at late night how we will go home when there is no bus facility. You guys prove that you need our money but no courtesy, no discipline, no comfort, late drive.If rain comes you can enjoy rain water inside this bus.... have happy waste of money ride...🙁🙁🙁😤😈😈😈

Worst transport I have seen ever. Need to wait long time for bus. . They dont maintaining times. They rescheduled 2 hrs late timings. This Id not happening 1st time .. I faced 3rd time within 2 months

Worst experience ever. I would just rate them 0 if i had an option to do so. Booked a bus from pollachi to bangalore. But we were shifted to 3 buses by the time we reached bangalore. And top of it the bus was late for 2hrs from the scheduled arrival.This was the first time i travelled in KPN. Never expected such bad experience

Worst of all. They load and unload goods before dropping the passenger and end up making them wait for hours to unload goods. Also takes up to 8 hours from Tirupur to Bangalore whereas it shouldnt take more than 5 to 6 hours

The bus was to start at 10.30 pm but the bus started at 11 pm. Further no proper facility for waiting passengers, with just one wash room for the employees and the passengers. The mobile charging points were not working in the bus causing lots of discomfort to the passengers.

Worst services, no basic aminities like waiting lounge, fans , chairs . charges are very high n dont even provide water bottles at bus. Always late.
