It was very bad experience at hotel, firstly receptionist told us they have not received any communication for our booking, and they are fully sold out, after having 15 min holding time to get it connected to call center explaining our problem, concern person has spoken to receptionist and forwarded the voucher to hotelier again. surprisingly receptionist has arranged one room seeing he missed any communication. but it very sorry to say room which he allotted is nowhere giving sign of fresh room. room is allotted as deluxe category room. very sad experience.

Pathetic maintenance. Cockroaches where running around everywhere, i had to walk with slippers as the insects were running in the floors and the staffs where not bothered about it. Food was not good in quality. Bathrooms not good. They bought spoilt tea when ordered room service.

Bad approach towards the people. Nobody is begging at you. Your staffs need to upgrade themselves. Mannerisms and politeness is zero with your staff.

Front desk & Service is good ( it comes with extra Tips) . But whole hotel is uncleaned, unhygienic, Dirty & Out dated haunted place . You will find liquors bottles in every corner. Better avoid with family. Its purely a Bachelors heaven.

Bathroom was so dirty... Rooms were not clean... Mosquito was disturbing us a lot... AC was not working and whole night we didnt sleep... While checking out Receptionist was so rude on the queries asked by us... Never experienced such hotel.. plz avoid travelling...

Here is the thing ...the rooms were pretty decent looking all okay ..what went wrong was the hotel staffs did not provide uswith the room card saying well lose it and so everytime we step out the door would automatically get locked and we had to depend on the staffs to unlock the door and this would happen every single time which was quite frustrating. Such a big hotel but there was no hot water supply had to rely on a cold shower.

Hotel has good exterior cleaning...but in room...it was not... I had booked for single sharing (though booked for 2 guests) and was accompanied by plenty of cockroaches... Poor hygienic linen and towels... didnt provided soaps...camode was leaking from below.. Further as I had booked for 2 guests...only 1 water bottle was provided per days...Food items are also very less.. particularly in veg food...high price... Breakfast menu was also less... The best hotel you could ask for! Apart from the wonderful rooms, cleanliness and quality, the service was above and beyond! The hotel owners are amazing people and help with everything. The restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend!

Service levels have improved much better in the last 5 years... Hotel is absolutely in developing phase. Much better and I really appreciate the courtiers for being very kind and friendly.

Everything was average.The hotel needs a lot of repair and special investment on the Pest Control.I stayed for 3 days and they offered same Breakfast everyday, no change at all. Hotel can be much much better as the property is good but not maintained.I m a regular so will be staying there again soon, hope to see some changes.Average

Dont book this hotel Nightmare:this hotel is not suitable for family. lot of people are drinking alcohol and making noise till night 1am. Also smoking smell spread across all the rooms, lift and veranda. couple of times someone knocked my room door in the midnight after 1am, when I opened no-one is standing outside, some drunken guy did this for other rooms too. then 2am sudden power cut, I dailed reception and informed the situation. after 20 minutes power came, its a nightmare for me. Worst service in reception and restaurant:dont even think of book this hotel for family trip. looks like lot of gundas are roaming in this hotel. Restaurant and reception serivece are worst. if you need anything, you need to call 4 to 5 times and go directly and get the things done.dont book this hotel with family and kids, by observed the situation, very soon life threatening things will happen for travellers.

.Bed sheet were dirty, blanket were dirty. We told them to change the bedsheets but next time again dirty + torn. So very bad experience about the room.Reception is awesome. Breakfast is also good. Restaurant has menu like book, but no dish for vegiterions.

Stay away. Better avoid this hotel.I have been disappointed with both the room and the service. Very old room unrenowned did only painting, dirt floor, uncleaned and stain washroom. Not provided soap due to non stock. Old centralised AC is dismantled and connected a new split AC and drain water from AC is routed to washroom near the shower drilled hole in the false celling. Dusty room with unmaintained old furniture. After arrival they have not alloted room 30 minutes latter and for refreshing they given another room. Shower is only for cold water. Hot water is to be ordered and will be provided in buckets.

Horrible experience..!! Actually it should be given zero rating. Reception & common halls are neatly decorated but after entering into the room, you will feel like a lodge. Furniture inside the room are damaged. Very bad bathrooms with old & ugly buckets. AC wasnt working, No ventilation. Less space. You can see the photos & decide yourself. Total waste of money.

Hotel is good for a overnight lay off. Near from Tiruppur railway station. Room size is suitable for a couple.Over all a good experience.

The intercom not working. No response even after informing 3 times. The manager kept on repeating that someone will look into it. Tirupur branch rooms are spacious but the bedsheets n towels looked dirty. Hence giving a 1 rating

This hotel is at the center of Tiruppur city. The location is one of the best things about the hotel.Take cleanliness, youd be surprised with the dirty toilet and bathroom. For the money I paid the hotel is not up to the mark.The rate of the food items is very costly just like a star hotel, but the taste isnt.

Good rooms but not maintained. The bathroom floor was wet at the time of check-in. The AC doesnt work, the water heater doesnt work.Didnt bother checking the TV.Hope the maintenance team improves the overall aspect of the stay.

It was not a very pleasant or comfortable experience on 22nd to 23rd when I stayed in the hotel. Unfortunately the Hotels location is a bit uncomfortable, not within walking distance of any commercial area/restaurants etc. Of course Tirupur municipal corporation has an incomplete subway/bridge for last many years and this hotel is in the same path. Availability of auto/taxi poor. Room was not very healthy. No Toiletry/Cosmetic kit OR Kettle, Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk Powder kit were made available in the room. No Towel Hanger in the bathroom. Charging Rs.150 (high) for breakfast with very little items. Just idli, oothappam, bread. No fruits, no fruit juice etc. Nowadays almost all hotels provide this. Normally all travellers arriving by overnight train, bus reach destination towns by morning 6-7 AM, having a later 10-12 PM check-in time is a big restriction. Of course understandable that next day or subsequent days check-out of 6-7 AM is a difficulty, Some via media should be worked out. Restaurant bill print out could not be given. Hotel Le Pebble can think and act on various points for improvement.

Has a nice restaurant and bar. But the hotel is not up to the mark. Hot water is not available full time and the towels felt rough. Even the bidet sprayer and shower was faulty in the family room. At 4500 per night we expected more.

Needs improvement in maintenance.Food during night, No chapati, no phulka, we have to eat what they serve.

The room had so many complaints which they kept as secret and gave the room to us. I dont know how they feel like giving a room with these many defects to a customer.◆One window was broken in ac 2bed room. It was open all the time.◆Door lock was not working, even from outside they can open the door even if we lock it inside.◆The drainage hole in toilet has some complaint and water just stagnates in the toilet and wont flow off when you bath.◆Rs.40 for a bottle of water priced Rs.19.◆No complimentary breakfast after 10, which they should have mentioned us that it has such time limits.◆No bar/ac restaurant in rooftop as given in internet.

Great Hotel , Nice restaurant and Bar. But Bar and Restaurant prices were costlier in terms of Tirupur city. Service was good. Free Breakfast come with all you can eat .Buffay Normally serving south Indian foods along with Puri Bhaji and Eggs.

The charm is infinitely lost forever! Once(3years back) this used to be high end association between the tirupur garment owners and buying houses. Today(23rd Jan18) is just terrible and terrible. What to say, rooms?bar?food?.....whichever, ok, rooms.....stagnant water after bath. Stinking closets, no toiletries provided unless asked for- takes min 30min to provide you one. Buffet food- just terrible. Bar, it is almost like a foul smell of pigeon cage, when asked- answer by the bar boy was simple- sir, we nor the guests do not feel it- look, they are seated here :) Overall NO NO ever!

I am stayed on 22.5.2018 in room no.305. I have a very bad experience. Very worst receiption. Room & toilet are very dirty and cleanless. Intercom not provided. Very poor maintenance and service. Weare stayed with heavy cigarette smell in room and entire hotel. Not fit for stay with family.Restaurant services is also very bad and irritating me.

Hotel in in vary bad position.... walls plaster not proper, lights dont work, no wifi working, no set top box installed, cable TV connection only have 1 english news channel, 2 english movie channel only, service is pathetic, staff in capable to understand English/Hindi even front office manager dont understand any language apart from Tamil, they dont clean your room even after asking them to do so, windows have blinds but only for half window. complimentary water in room is local water, phones dont work in room. same staff working 24 hours, how no idea.

When i was given the room the same was not even cleaned after spraying pesticide. Wasnt even cleaned for a single day during my entire stay even after asking. No dustbin provided wven after asking. Absolutely pathetic service and maintainance. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Its a nive decent hotel for couple of days business trips.Rooms are just ok and dosent have any aminites.just basics are there however there bar is nice however large selection of beverage is not there.They serve decent breakfast so all in all can stay there for a day or two not beyond that.
