Working people not concentrate to take order.i ordered two cake on march 5 .but they changed cake flavor.but they are not given any excuses.but they took extra 50rupee charges.owner need respect with customer..dont order any cake this shop.

Good place for snacks especially chocolates. They have all the branded chocolates like Toblerone and Ferrero Rocher. They sell cakes as well but the taste is just okay. They serve coffee too. There are wide variety of snacks. The service can be better. And little overpriced as well.

Really a very bad experience. I went to purchase a cake. There was not a single cake was available in display. I asked the person any cakes available. Either hr wants to say yes or no. He started asking too much questions.how much you want, when you want, what flavor. I asked him either you have ready one or you want to make ready. He annoyed and asked you want or not. My daughter is always choosy. There is nothing in display. I said the person if there is ready one we will discuss. If not leave it.He said no cakes for you and left. Most disrespectful experience from. This shop. Dear management please think about customers. If you are grown its easy to come down. Please ask your staff to behave well.
