My aunt from puliyangudi. she is a patient in galaxy hospital Tirunelveli. she used to use tablets they prescribed. But due to this covid lock down, shes not able to come Tirunelveli to pick her medicine. so they asked me to get the medicine and courier them. but when I showed the prescription and ask for medicine. they refuse to give tablet and asking the patient to come. am highly disappointed by the hospital management. money minded hospital. Better dont go with then. Galaxy worst hospital ever seen.

Heartless doctors and heartless nurses. Their neurologist doctor Ganesh visits @12 am and 4am disturbing stroke patients at night and ultimately killing them. Yes I lost my father and I regret every single day that I admitted him in that hospital. Every single person in that hospital lacks empathy. I wish I had taken my dad to GH, he would be alive now. No proper guidance. No one says what you are waiting for and how long will it take to see the Doctor you have come for. The fans were not switched on and we were sweating inside the hospital. When I re3quested the same to be switched on,I got such a stare that I will never ever ask again for a fan to be switched on. The staff sit in comfort of pedestal fans.One has to see to believe the state of toilet meant for patients waiting - even a public toilet in a bus terminal is better.I had accompanied my neighbour because the Doctor to whom he was referred is supposed to be the top notch in Tirunelveli. I wonder whether he even visited any other place than his room and the operation theater.Personally I will never like to get treated in such a bad unhygienic hospital.In addition the Doctor comes only around 2.00 PM; but patients are asked to come around 9.00AM to undergo tests. They wait with hunger till 4.00 PM to be seen by the Doctor. Patients who are already sick are made to wait inhumanely. The patients could atleast be adviced to have lunch after tests and come.I went at 9.00AM and tests got over by 10.30 AM and was seen by the Doctor at 4.30 PM; I was feeling so hungry that I even felt giddy.The canteen at the hospital is very poor In their supply of eatable also

The reason for my review is - Service is really worst, waiting time is too long, no friendly, behaviour is not good, if we step in to hospital at 8am, the will make op at 10.30. after that we need to wait till 11.30. what does it mean? Dont we have any other work? Service should be quick and fast. While compare to Aravind eye hospital, this is really worst service in moving the process. Aravind eye hospital 9/10.. galaxy 1/10.. please management, make the patient move fast for check up and surgery.. dont make them wait for long time.....

Guys for heavens sake please don’t go to this hospital for any case , they are Money minded and would even kill u to charge u .Recently we visited this hospital coz I had kidney stone , the Doctor told this had to be operated imidiateiy and told to get admitted on the same day , I said I need a week time to think , but he insisted me to operate .I went home and visited another doctor from my hometown , he told me that this is not a big problem , just drink lot of water that’s it . I went home and drank lot of water and am fine now the stones have come out by itself .The galaxy doctor knew this would happen but still just to make money he said this has to operated and created a great scene as though I would die on the same day . They are all interested to only make money and don’t care about humans . No humanity . So guys please refer to other hospitals and doctors .

Worst ever hospital.. My brother was injured in a bike accident.. They kept him in ICU for 28 days.. To make money they dint treat him.. Made him more sick..thr r hospitals who loot money and treat.. They jus loot tgey dn even treat. 28 days in hospital icu still no progression.. He was kept on external support system.. We fought one day and took him to a small hospital mangala hospital in tirunelveli.. Where they did 2 critiacal brain surgeries.. Two bone surgeries within 4 days . With in10 days he beacame good and taken to home.. Tht to in very low cost.. If u go to galaxy hospitals with d broken arm thr they will say reason.. And they wont treat u.. Simply keep in icu.. Make ur hand to rotten.. Amke it more critical.. And make money.. Thn finally they do surgery.. Bt ur hands work 30% only They r d biggest looters ever.. Even they loot tgey dn treat.. Dr.Mehboob Subhani is the chief cardiologist who is a down to earth man and can be approached at any time. He goes out of turn to explain to you about the treatment.The best thing I noticed in this hospital which is not available in big hospitals of Chennai is the interaction with the patients. They allow you to see the patient and interact.

Absolutely poor service!!! If you are ill and need CARE and need to see people who value your concerns and TIME, please DO NOT go here. Doctors/clinics are supposed to care and value patients time. My parents (60-65 yr olds) went here this morning at 8am, they got their tokens, yet had to wait the entire day only to be seen by the doctor for a few minutes and recommend taking tests. The doctor was supposed to be there at 9am but did not show up until 12pm (WHY?). The token system was completely haphazard and the guy at the front desk randomly let people who he knew to be seen by the doctor first. This is completely immoral and unethical and I would not have anyone (especially old people) go here and wait to be seen by the doctor after 5 hours and having to spend 12 hours in the hospital to get blood tests.
