Good furnished and Air conditioning spaces area for peoples to wait...User friendly interface and good communication between staffs and customers...I saw a different in this bank. They give special preference for the women who waiting.

I generally never write a review but the staff was so proactive and cooperative that I was forced to take some time out and appreciate them here. I am staying in Mumbai and I got into a technical glitch due to which my money was not getting transferred. Special thanks to Mr. Sahayaraj (Branch Manager), Mr. Jagan and Mr. Pramod, they were more proactive then me in getting the resolution done in record time, remotely, thousands of Kms away. There dedication and energy is really remarkable. I hope other branches too take cue from their work culture. Kudos to the team. Due to their work ethics, I am not going to transfer my account to Mumbai now.
