Worst fellow... At Sun computers, Tennur.I went to buy a wireless mouse. But Logitech/HP wasnt available. As I was in hurry and the man there marketed a Rapoo mouse and I bought it. He was very well behaved then.But just in a week, the mouse stopped working and I went to the shop. He simply said, it could be the battery and changed the battery. I was simply shocked because he changed the battery from another mouse that was meant to be sold as new to another customer. That could very well mean that the battery from my mouse was replaced previously as well. So I thought its a battery thing and I didnt care much.But the problem repeated every week(I had to change a battery every time-Duracell) and I was not in town. And when I came back, I went to the shop again. Again, he said its a battery problem. Use a proper battery and he suggested a brand which I never heard of. I looked for it all through the Thillai nagar, Sastri road, Burma bazaar and it was not there. I bought a new set of panasonic and used it. As usual the alkaline panasonic also stopped working in 3 days. I went back to shop and he told him.HE STARTED SHOUTING IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND USING UNPARLIAMENTARY WORDS AND I FELT VERY MUCH ASHAMED AS I NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE BEFORE AND I TOLD MYSELF THAT I BETTER FORGET THIS MONEY AND MOVE ON. Thats the way this rat makes his living, I suppose.Seeing my apathy, a customer over there suggested me a service centre (Terrabyte technologies) and I gave my mouse and they declared it defective and replaced it for me.Its very much fine for an electronic product esp Chinese to go bad. But you have to stand by your words on sale, the guarantee period when the customer provides the bill and other details. If you could not help, you should have atleast suggested the service centre. Instead he made me look for a battery that doesnt exist and gave a customer care number that doesnt exist just to put a customer off and to make sure he doesnt come back.And shouting at a customer without a basic regard is going to get you doomed. You may win that day- may be 600 rupees product but youre destined to lose in the long run... Have some respect fella!PLEASE DONT VISIT! ZERO STARS

I have purchased a laptop, printer and some surveillance cameras From this showroom. Really price is very reasonable as well as after sales service is excellent.keep it up sun computers. I will heartily suggest this showroom for everyone.
