I lost Rs.3000 without any service effort on my MBP. Simply they are telling, (we did diagnosis but your device is not working so needs to change the motherboard , we will place order only after your confirmation, even we dont know it will work with new motherboard or not, we have to check with that. If it is working 51k you need to pay for new motherboard. If not working we have to check further. And if you cancel your service order you need to pay Rs.3000 for diagnosis charges.)Finally I cancelled my service order and paid. I know this is not a major issue. But i dont know what they mean diagnosis. Simply waste of time and money.

I recently gave my airpods for service/replacement as I had issues. I was promised I would hear back within couple of days but I did not hear back for 3 weeks. Everytime I reached out to them they promised delivery within 2 days and also gave conflicting info. Finally when I got my airpods after 3 weeks the surface was completely scratched and they said it got scratched during transit. Not sure how it was shipped. Totally unsatisfied with the service.

Not what you expect from the Apple expert desk. I took my 2 yr old macbook pro, they wanted to start by wiping the data and reinstalling OS. (Why care about the data or other diagnostics). Didnt try to understand the issue.When OS reinstall doesnt work, they fallback to replacing motherboard. How great?!Not to mention their huge invoice for OS reinstallation that we could easily do at home, mail with irrelevant ads and unresponsive email team.

Had my MAC recently fixed from Planet care .I am not sure about sales but in terms of servicing, they have done a great job. I have to mention about their Engineer here. He is proactive, extremely talented and Planet care Trichy should reward and retain such resources.
