Effective treatment by the physiotherapist. There is a bit of a waiting time all the time, minimum 30minutes to 1hr. It will also help if the treatment details were explained prior to administering them, especially the electrotheraphy and sonic theraphy treatments that might cause minor side effects.

Dr. Tilak is very knowledgeable, he does not recommended any unnecessary or extravagant treatments.I was misdiagnosed twice before I met him. I had severe nerve pain from my neck to my finger tips along with right shoulder pain After assessing, he suggested strengthening exercises which reduced my pain greatly within few days. Post that he modified the exercises to help maintain the muscle strength to prevent any further issues, which I do til today.
